I have never tried this product but have tried Henry roof savers and it did the job for me. It stopped the leaks - I was impressed. Just got 5 more containers and plan on painting the whole roof with it.
@vitalcoatsealersandcoating1470 Regular sprayer or Deck sealer sprayer. Homedepot carries special sprayer just for deck and concrete sealer. If it clogs, I'll return them just like Henry 812. 😃

Is this a silicone base product?
Does it seal a leaking shingles roof ?

I've tried Henry 812 Roof saver.
The pump sprayer clogs immediately.
I returned back to Homedepot.
Can you spray Vital coat without clogging.
Vital Coat will not clog the sprayer.
