Is this a silicone base product?
I've tried Henry 812 Roof saver. The pump sprayer clogs immediately. I returned back to Homedepot. Can you spray Vital coat without clogging.
Vital Coat will not clog the sprayer.
@vitalcoatsealersandcoating1470 Regular sprayer or Deck sealer sprayer. Homedepot carries special sprayer just for deck and concrete sealer. If it clogs, I'll return them just like Henry 812. 😃
This is nothing like the Henry stuff. This is basically putting a matte clear coat on
I really like that these guys said how they recommend 24 hr cure time but admitted they put it through the test after only 30 minutes. That’s realistic. Thank you.
Is this product compatible with other roof sealants used for repairs and around flashings? Meaning if a sealant is put on after this application will it still work as it should without this sealant on it?

Where do I buy this stuff ? And how much does the 5 gallon cost? They want $15000 replace my roof and $4300 to remove my solar panels and replaced. And I have several little leaks in my roof and need to fix them . Thanks

I have never tried this product but have tried Henry roof savers and it did the job for me. It stopped the leaks - I was impressed. Just got 5 more containers and plan on painting the whole roof with it.
