Why did you go to Haiti? There is no safe haven in the country. The threat of violence is quite serious and exists everywhere. Anything happens, you can’t even get travel insurance coverage. I don’t understand why you’re putting your life at such unnecessary risk.

They kept saying she should go to Cap Haitien… I’ve never been to Haiti, but I’m pretty sure that is the same place I keep seeing in the news… that the gang violence has spread to that place. Haitians are generally stubborn and defiant people… So, of course, many of them will support this.
