Sister, not only Haiti gained it's independence after 13 years of war with Spain, England and France, but also, couple years later, Haiti helped modern day northwest Brazil, Venezuela, Ecuador, Columbia, Panama, northern Peru, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Bolivia to obtain their independence. you can Google Haiti contribution to south america independence

Yes they did a good job of explaining that the war is only in about 15% of the country. Haiti is the 3rd largest country in the Caribbean after Cuba and DR. ~10,000sq miles...same as New Jersey. God willing Pastor Moise from the KPK gets his constitutional reform passed to further decentralize the Departments so they can be more like the States in the USA. So Department Governors can authorize new international ports, airports, and large infrastructure projects without needing permission from the "Republic de Port-au-Prince."

The point of the video was to show people that Arab was safe and that he wasn't kidnapped when he was . You cannot show fear to gang leaders , you have to play along. I f you watch his videos it shows clearly that.

Hi AT. Very informative and educational content. For many years, l have always dreamed of traveling to Haiti. I love Art. There is female artist from Haiti that lives in my country, when there was no travel vloggers, l was able to see the beauty of Haiti through her art.
That boyLENS you doing a fantastic job.
AT you said it well…” There is more to Haiti than the Ghetto…”I must say, l have seen a few videos in the past on Haiti, but none have captured my attention like AT. 👍

The young man doesn't really know Haiti's real history. it was France and 12 other countries, plus, the Haitian president back then was a half French and half Haitian, he was also sent to exile by the population for his treasonous act against the nation by agreed to the reparation demands without the population consent. Google president jean Pierre boyer in exile in jamaica

I appreciate what you’re doing! You should visit Citadelle Laferierre in the northern department of Hayti. It is the largest fort in the Western hemisphere built by formerly enslaved black people who freed themselves from slavery by force of arms. It’s located in Milot, Hayti, so it’s near Cap-Haytien.

Another great video from Haiti! Such beautiful green and lush surroundings! I love the cobblestones streets and the walls. Haitians are great builders. Look at the citadel and the remains of the royal palace! African Tigress, I am truly impressed with your history of Haiti. When I was a teenager, I began reading about Haiti. It was then I developed a great love for Haiti. Being inspired by men like Toussaint L'Ouverture, I felt so proud as a black person walking the streets of London knowing that a black general defeated the great Napoleon.

Every country you are traveling, you need to keep an open eye cause there’s something everywhere. The world isn’t safe but that doesn’t mean we have to stay in a bubble. Go out and see the world, but careful. Pray, ask God for guidance and keep moving. Great job my sister, keep doing you. At the same time, please careful ❤
