    In this video, we're going to dive deep into some of the best cold calling secrets you can use to boost your sales. The first cold calling technique you can use is to control the conversation. When you're cold calling, even if you're the salesperson doing sales prospecting, in B2B sales, it's the salesperson's job to control the conversation and help the buyer make a purchasing decision. This is why you must have a solid cold calling script and generally need to understand how your cold call script will flow to guide the prospect into the next step.
    A powerful cold calling strategy is to get mini agreements throughout your cold call. In B2B sales, you want to take it one step at a time and get the prospect to agree without throughout the sales conversation.
    On your cold call, before you start pitching, you'll first need to ask permission. When when you are cold calling, you simply ask the prospect if they are interested in hearing how you can bring them value. Once they agree, you can then pitch your product or service according to your cold call script.

    Hey Patrick, thanks for the video. I have a few questions.
    1. There are different sources that indicate that we shouldn't get permission at times because it will invite the prospect to say no. What do you think of that?
    2. I am working in a public cloud provider company, there are so many types of services. What do you suggest us to do when we have almost all solutions to our customer's problem? How do we narrow it down?

    This might be a dumb question but if most ppl face rejection in cold-calling then how do they still make so much money? Sorry I'm still new to all this
