I feel gross admitting i barely use toothpaste anymore, Sometimes, but after changing the way i eat, my teeth are healthy, no cativities in last halfdecade after changing my diet to be real food
lol half of a decade isn't really any time for cavities to form on a decent diet. Most of my cavities took multiple decades to form. Cavities and plaque are caused by a bacteria, that is always there no matter what, that thrives in an acidic environment. When you eat literally anything, it lowers the pH in your mouth and this bacteria thrives. Even beef is highly acidic so it does not make a difference what you eat. You'll never reverse cavities and remineralize teeth if you don't address the low pH issue, after eating or drinking anything. You're most likely drinking water that is higher pH and that helps. It helps to chew xylitol gum after meals, that's what I do. It is great you don't have cavities and don't have to worry about trying to remineralize them, which takes like a year or longer to do naturally, in a consistent alkaline state.
I have to confirm that's also true for me! No cavities for at least 8 years, stronger cleaner teeth without plaque - I changed the diet significantly, including boron and magnesium supplements in liquid form, lots of vitamin C and D (among others), more alkaline food and drink (nearly gone reflux), coconut oil pulling. This definitely works - I used to have problems with my teeth since I was a kid and they are the strongest and cleanest ever (confirmed by my dentist, not only my opinion).

I've read various scientific papers which examined the difference between how highly intelligent women chose the man with whom she chose to reproduce, as opposed to the type of men she chose for shared pleasure. Various papers noted there were significant differences when one compared HOW highly intelligent women chose reproductive partners, and it was concluded that highly intelligent women were, in effect, bio-engineering the human race, in that such women actively sought men who possessed strengths which dovetail or compliment their own strengths. Less intelligent women, it was observed, admitted it never occurred to them to select for what might hopefully result in genetic superiority. Consequently, if a woman is weak in Math, and excels in language skills, she would choose to conceive with a man who is mathematically brilliant (but perhaps weak in literary skills) in the hopes their offspring would HOPEFULLY benefit from those DIFFERING strengths.

The point about smelling pheremones is a big deal. All of my serious girlfriends always told me they liked the way i smelled, and even the scent i left behind on my clothes or pillow. That's why girls like wearing their boyfriend's/husbands clothes
You are right. Being attracted to someone starts with smell. Maybe even more than lets say looks. My serious ex gf said the same thing, i like the way you smell, some even complained if i wore cologne.
@@pinocolada4254 lol no it doesn't... the majority of the population goes by looks before anything. At first sight. Chances are most of your crushes you have discovered from a distance. I don't see how that relates to the issues at hand. What you're saying just naturally applies to everyone in every relationship regardless of what they're eating or brushing their teeth with. Even a meth addict will probably find love somewhere and someone will grow attached to their smell lol
I like my tongue brush. Amazon has several neat ones. If you wake up with pastey tongue in the middle of the night it is very refreshing to use it then. Diet is key as well.
It correlates to foreign bacteria, that is always around us no matter what, feeding off your sweaty skin. I think most people who think they don't have bad ador just because they are eating a certain way don't work outside in 110 degree heat in high humidity or in a hot garage, for several hours at a time. You know when mould forms in wet places, it's not as if the bathroom has a lympatic system and consumed too much seed oil throughout its life... keep in mind overweight people also have a lot more surface area and have a harder time washing all of it, so bacteria builds up on their skin and perhaps they are more careless and ignorant about their cleanliness. They also sweat more. That's why they smell worse than healthy people who are skinny. And about bad breath, you literally just start eating raw garlic for a few days straight and people won't want to be around you it'll be so bad. And you can't tell if your own breath is bad but others can. I think that alone disproves your theory.
you can have it waiting well and eating carbs you will still feed bad bacteria even different water can affect it like really have calcified one can cause more sweating and dandruff while zero in other place

It is important not to breathe through your mouth. This causes not only bad breath but also a lot of diseases including improper development of the facial skeleton. Unfortunately, none of the doctors on the carnivore talk about breathing through your nose.
@@GODLOVESUSEVERYONE you’re mostly right; if someone eats fruit and they’re metabolicly unhealthy then fruit will act very differently than if someone is metabolicly healthy like yourself. Since 88% of Americans are metabolicly unhealthy most would be well to limit it until they’ve “earned it”.
Bad breath is caused from a couple of different things. The three ways to prevent bad breath is flossing, scraping your tongue, and finding ways to create more oxidation within saliva production. Bad breath is also a likely sign of gum disease which also directly affects brain health. What you eat is important, but knowing how to clean your teeth and increase oxidation after you eat is crucial. Xylitol gum and toothpaste are healthy options.
@ You’re not supposed to ingest it. 99% of foods don’t have any of it. It is known as wood sugar, birch sugar, and birch bark extract. Xylitol is a naturally occurring substance that is found in small amounts in fruit and vegetables. It is also produced by the human body. Have you looked up its positive benefits to the body? It’s pretty overwhelming how good it is for oral health and brain health and gut health. It reduces bad bacteria in the mouth, it has low calories, it doesn’t cause blood sugar spikes, it improves skin health, improves bone density, helps the immune system, helps against constipation, helps against aging, reduces respiratory/sinus/ear/yeast infections, boosts collagen production, helps produce more white blood cells, reduces obesity, and reduces diabetes. I think you know nothing about Xylitol. Only an idiot would eat it in large quantities beyond gum or toothpaste. If you did eat Xylitol in large quantities, then it causes gas problems. The most it does is cause diarrhea, bloating, and gas. But you shouldn’t be ingesting it. Only use it in small quantities like gum and toothpaste to gain its full benefits. Its one of the best natural occurring things in nature. Highly recommend. Orthodontists recommended xylitol as well.
calling someone an idiot for disagreeing is not becoming and lacks maturity. Yes, these are the benefits we are told. There are a lot of studies that prove fluoride is great as well. And so many other substances. Simply because something is naturally occurring doesn’t mean it is beneficial for our bodies. Mercury is naturally occurring and can be beneficial in extremely small doses but the risk far outweighs the benefit. Same with xylitol. To be clear, I am not equating the two and saying they vary the same exact risks, but only stating the risks do outweigh. Xylitol use is misleading in the US. Other countries are serious about regulating it and making the risk known. I learned all of this because of real life. My daughter was put into the hospital because of xylitol. American poison control said no way it could be xylitol. Don’t go to the hospital it will be fine. Something was clearly wrong, we go. Hospital wanted to dismiss it and had us in waiting room. Was vomiting and pale and lethargic. Daughter went almost non responsive, didn’t wake up, and wouldn’t wake even by needle prodding. Fast forward, she had liver and kidney issues & come to find out we were lucky we had a doctor who traveled abroad and knew of the dangers and had seen this and knew it could be life threatening. Instead, here in the US we are taught it is just this amazing thing & really it isn’t. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who get sick from it and they don’t know the cause because our doctors are ignorant to this because they aren’t taught it in the US. And then people like you promote it without knowing the other side as well. I understand that my experience doesn’t make it factual. But I encourage you to read studies from other countries and the death stories and the autopsies and things of that nature. Especially before you call someone else an idiot for understanding and comprehending something you have yet to.
@@DM-vl1tv I didn’t call you an idiot. Did you not read what I wrote? I said quote, “Only an idiot would eat it in large quantities beyond gum and toothpaste.” This implies that people do their research and not overindulge in xylitol by eating it, which isn’t recommend by any professional. I think you need to be humbled with your attitude and your knowledge on this subject. Good luck to you. I’m not here to educate someone that clearly ignores scientific data that is public domain. Xylitol has been research proven to be very beneficial. End of discussion unless you can provide data that proves otherwise in the scientific community.
@@jchomedog2887you edited your comment. There is research, which is why other countries have come to other conclusions. Same with things like fluoride. I used to believe what you did, hence why I had it in my house.. I learned the hard way because I was naive and believed the studies here in the US were end all be all..maybe you can learn, too, without it being because of a life or death situation that many of US studies suggest are impossible.

I put it in a spray bottle and it makes it hella easier to handle instead of lugging that big Listerine bottle with the drippy cap. Just a few sprays and then brush with that. It should really be the standard. More sprays to long-swish for the Xylitol benefits on your gums, too.

Very naive. As a practicing dentist for more than 35 years I found most bad breath was from sinus problems or infections in the mouth and / or stomach issues. 😅
Well, Paul is a carnivore doctor, so his primary line of defense for all physical, and even psychological ailments is diet. This is just a clip of a bigger conversation I think. The microbiome changes dramatically on the carnivore diet, so many ailments, like sinus infections and mouth infections go away on it. He’s talking here about his own practices, as a carnivore. If you look him up you’ll see that within the carnivore community, he is very controversial but that is because he advocates for the use of honey, a little fruit, and a few other things that purists and all the rest of the carnivore docs I know of reject. But he is right; after detoxing the body on the carnivore diet, body odor disappears, your mouth and teeth feel cleaner, very little tartar build-up, etc. it’s amazing really. At least, that has been my experience.
@ no doubt diet can be a major factor and will be individual. But many other factors also are needed. Like proper amount of movement sleep and social connections.
Yes, do it. It’s nothing like alcohol-based mouthwash. Swish 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide (diluted 1:1 with filtered water) for 10 mins 3x per week. Our bodies make HP so it’s very natural.

My ex hubby lives like this, doesn't use deodorant or soap, brushes his teeth with salt and washes his clothes in rain water/ the bath depending on the weather. He smells soo good. I don't use perfumes but i do use a natural deodorant, natural toothpaste and laundry detergent. 😅
Real soap is a world away from the stuff you buy in a supermarket. Shampoos are full of irritant chemicals. Once you switch to alternatives you notice how your skin feels better. When I stopped using store bought deodorants my armpits expelled a large amount of chemical buildup....it was obvious that I had been absorbing a lot of toxic gunk. Toothpaste also contains irritating chemical SLS, it makes the sudsy bubbles.....same detergent is used in carwashes as degreaser. Even dishwasher tablets can leave enough residue to make some people feel sick.
I agree! It almost sounds like all "inventions" of the modern age are bad.. and, yea, a lot of them are, but basic SOAP is a problem now, really?? Idk, if a soap is made properly, it absolutely should be used.
@@ivankaseljankawhy would you need soap if all your body systems worked fine so that you didn't have bad smell? Like, I can suggest that soap may be needed because those who are not compatible with you pheromones-wise wouldn't like your smell, and because we live in big overcrowded cities - it would be basically disrespectful and uncomfortable to live where nobody uses soap. But I'm not sure that it's how it works. I had a GF at the time when I wasn't carnivore and stuff, and she really liked my smell but other people I guess not so much. But maybe if I was carnivore or animal based, I would be healthier and my smell, while still being likeable for gf, wouldn't be a problem for others anymore. 7:36 bro is wild for bringing this up! But isn’t it just absolutely fascinating how prevalent certain factors of our health is even across to audiences who people may not expect have any deep interest in their own health. Like seriously who would’ve thought birth control usage would be related in any way to stripper tip money?
I still wanna check the reference of what he’s talking about but like wowza
I could listen to this guy all day. Fascinating!!
The thing I dislike is how some think he is a wacko when they don't know the first thing about science, this guy's knowledge is so deep it's astounding.
The point about smelling pheremones is a big deal. All of my serious girlfriends always told me they liked the way i smelled, and even the scent i left behind on my clothes or pillow. That's why girls like wearing their boyfriend's/husbands clothes
It’s also nostalgia. Smelling something familiar that you like.
You are right. Being attracted to someone starts with smell. Maybe even more than lets say looks.
My serious ex gf said the same thing, i like the way you smell, some even complained if i wore cologne.
"serious girlfriend-s" weren't so serious then were they....
@@pinocolada4254 lol no it doesn't... the majority of the population goes by looks before anything. At first sight. Chances are most of your crushes you have discovered from a distance. If someone looks like a dog, you're not going to go up and smell them, as if you are an actual dog, to see if you're attracted to them.
@@kevinsnell1622 they have them at dollar store too and tongue scrappers
Your worried about your tongue in the middle if the night?
that sounds like it could be a gut problem. It's not normal to have bacteria / fungal overgrowth in your mouth.
I find bad breath and under arm odor directly correlates with a poor lymphatic system that is not flowing properly
Bacteria produces odor while eating your sweat.
I think that alone disproves your theory.
you can have it waiting well and eating carbs you will still feed bad bacteria
even different water can affect it like really have calcified one can cause more sweating and dandruff while zero in other place
Buy one of those smart bidet toilets from Costco, they are hands free, washes you with warm water, warm seat, blowdrys you too.
No more using your hands and toilet paper on your skin. Will be one of your best purchases of your life time.

How much to have it installed with electricity and plumbing hookups?
I'm not that lazy and there are a lot of people in other countries who have to use dirty leaves outside and a hole in the ground... we have it pretty good the way we typically do things. And when you are carnivore you don't spend enough time in the bathroom to justify this kind of thing anyway..
@@user-ue4he3li8b I did as a part of bath room renovation, so I don't know. I don't think it would be more than 300$ to instal for electrical and if they have to move the plumbing a bit. Mine is Ecoway Lux in Canada.
@@otallono I am not lazy at all. I been animal base for over 5 years. You feel nice and clean without pushing poop into your skin using toilet paper. You can also get a 50$ bidet and install it yourself on your existing toilet which is still 100000 times better than using toilet paper.

For deodorant > water + vodka + sea salt + orange essential oil (optional)
I use vodka instead of rubbing alcohol to clean my armpits. I think that vodka is less harmful to my skin. Also, I would like to add that the type of dental floss that a person uses matters. Many dental flosses contain PFAS. Pick a dental floss that does not contain PFAS.

Mouth health is related to diet. You want better teeth/jaw development, eat less carbs.
Fruit is not going to ruin your teeth and those are carbs, look at Paul’s teeth; he eats tons of carbs. I also eat a lot of fruit; it’s my only carb source and my teeth are great.
@@GODLOVESUSEVERYONE He had teeth whitening. The hadza men have more cavities than the women who don't consume much honey and less fruits....do you think the sugar in fruits are magical, compared with sugar from other sources? are you mong?
Complex* carbs
It is important not to breathe through your mouth. This causes not only bad breath but also a lot of diseases including improper development of the facial skeleton. Unfortunately, none of the doctors on the carnivore talk about breathing through your nose.
@@GODLOVESUSEVERYONE you’re mostly right; if someone eats fruit and they’re metabolicly unhealthy then fruit will act very differently than if someone is metabolicly healthy like yourself. Since 88% of Americans are metabolicly unhealthy most would be well to limit it until they’ve “earned it”.
Pheromone & Genetic Compatibility was crazy, I always learn something new tuning in
Bad breath is caused from a couple of different things.
Xylitol is brutal for your gut
You can dive for the studies & find them if you are actually interested in reading the literature to better your understanding and even question what you have known up until this point. I used to believe what you did, hence why I had it in my house.. I learned the hard way because I was naive and believed the studies here in the US were end all be all..maybe you can learn, too, without it being because of a life or death situation that many of US studies suggest are impossible.
Many body products dry out your skin...thus, companies promote their moisturizing products to the public. Keeping it as natural as possible. Our bodies regulate the moisture level over time.

So we've reached the stage of hypochondria where we don't even use soap anymore?

Especially considering that pheromones stuff kinda exist and help people to find better mates-partners which will make both sides happier.
I'm genuinely curious, don't wanna try to argument.
But that's just a theory, especially considering that I probably was pretty healthier those days despite eating different food, compared to now even with animal based.
