I love this movie, James McAvoy killed it with his role. Glass is a bit different, is a little slower and has a lot of dialogue, especially in the middle of the movie, but it's watchable and has the plot twists you expect from a Shyamalan movie.
Not sure if you’ve already seen it, but you definitely have to watch Unbreakable BEFORE you watch Glass! Glass will be way too confusing if you don’t! Thanks for the reaction!!
You didn't have to wait at all. Unbreakable was never meant or intended to be a franchise, the whole 'it's in the same universe' thing didn't exist til this film came out.
@@pedrobernardes98glass was good, but I notice there's a comment like that on every movie on the internet...according to them no movie since the beginning of time has ever been good...
Unbreakable was the movie where we find Bruce Willis is revealed to have super powers of being indestructible and Samuel Jackson is the villain mastermind Mr Glass, this movie is connected to that, and lead into Glass
This movie gave me mad respect for James McAvoy's acting skills. He was amazing in this role. Unbreakable needs to be watched before Glass, as this was meant to be a trilogy. Glass was an anticlimactic ending for this trilogy but I think it is worth watching if you love the other two movies. Luckily, you didn't miss much in THIS movie because it only gets tied into the trilogy in that last scene with Bruce Willis.
So glad you were not spoiled that 'Split' was part 2 of the 'Unbreakable' Trilogy. Yes, 'Glass' is the last chapter. James McAvoy gave us many incredible portrayals. I'm looking forward to watching your reaction to part 3 - 'Glass'.
Add “Streets of Fire” 1984. to your list of movies to watch. This is an under rated rock & roll type of movie. A mercenary is hired to rescue his ex-girlfriend, a singer who has been kidnapped. With performance of hit songs from the 1980's. Including Rick Moranis, William Dafoe, Bill Paxton, Amy Madigan and others.
The concept of belief changing biology or even reality has been around for thousands of years. It was a core concept in the teaching from Jesus. The science of today is trying to find out how. If you are interested in reading about real multiple personality cases, there are two good books to start with: 'The Minds of Billy Milligan' by Daniel Keyes & 'Sybil' by Flora Rheta Schreiber. They are based on true cases and are both available in paperback. Have fun ~ Despair.
He is young professor in X-Men, and excellent as a mind bender in a Angelina Jolie movie, and excellent in a Russian east German spy thriller called, Atomic Blonde!
This is actually a second movie from a franchise. You have to watch Unbreakable (2000) movie first. It is the one with Bruce Willis. And after watching Unbreakable and Split, THEN you can watch Glass (2019).
Unbreakable was the first movie. This was the 2nd. Glass is the final movie.
James McAvoy's performance ( or rather, performances) are extraordinary to me...

James Mcavoy did a great job playing the characters in this movie especially the female characters that are some of his personalities
I thought his performance was incredible and that was before I found out he had 3 weeks to prepare the different personalities voices and mannerisms

Welcome to the Unbreakable-verse. Glass is fun, not as good as Unbrekable or Split, but it's still worth a watch if you like the others.

Unbreakable, Split then Glass. Split was a sequel no one knew was a sequel until the end.

A very early Anya Taylor-Joy movie. I forgot she was in this.

He's not a 'mind bender' he bends bullets, the film is Wanted, a comic book movie from the creator of Kickass and in the same universe.
