Wow! That was fun. Big Eagles fan. I have my late husband’s vinyl collection. Since my cheap record player broke, I have them packed away. Beatles White Album, Woodstock, and I’m drawing a blank. I still have CDs and cassettes. I can play those. Looking forward to seeing more of your collection. KT
Great segment-love the music talk! My fav from that selection is Sgt Pepper … and agree about Harrison with the sitar. Probably very smart to stay clear of the eternal Hagar/DLR debate. Look forward to the next installment.
Hi Jeremy, My favorite album out of those that you showed us is "The Eagles".. I'm from California, so of course my favorite song would be "Hotel California". I can remember driving from Southern California to Canada in 1976 and when ever that song came on the radio I would turn the radio up to eleven (11).
"Frank gives you the finger" followed by evil laugh. ha ha ha ha! I love your laugh...so mischievous. I gotta say, I'm disappointed that Prince, Purple Rain didn't make the cut! tisk tisk. One of my fave albums is Jim Croce, you don't mess around with Jim. It was my dad's so it's early edition.
The Jeff Buckley for the win! The story of how you got is the cherry on top. Best of The Bee Gees is something you should listen to. It’s from 1969, they were taking a first victory lap. I know it’s not heavy metal but there you go. You probably have In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida by Iron Butterfly already. Let’s see your next selection.
Gordon Lightfoot- Gords Gold....the man was a perfectionist. Musically, I get around. White Zombie, Johnny Cash, Sinatra, Zeppelin, Billy Strings. Music is a gift
Jeremy you definitely have eclectic taste in music. I also have a few hundred records in my collection. I was able to get my 30 year old son interested in vinyl, now he has a bigger collection than I do. Lol
Thx, Stew! I try to know something about every genre of music. I know it must seem odd as I am and old metal head, but record collecting has introduced me to so many new styles. What is one of your son’s favorite artists?
@@JeremyMcdonald he’s into classic rock, my influence. He also is in to new bands also. .We go to concerts also Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins he took me to two Tool concerts, what a band!

Thank you, Karen! You should get a new turntable and give those discs a spin ✌️

“on a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair…” Great driving music! And the dueling solos from Walsh and Felder at the end….🤯

@@JeremyMcdonald yes those are all faves 👍
@@stewea57 You guys listen to any blues? I traded to the blues about 20 years ago from growing up on rock and heavy metal. Love the blues.
