Do this quick 5 min lower abs workout to tighten and tone your lower abs. This is no repeats, no equipment ab routine that we recommend doing daily - first thing in the morning, during your lunch break, and/or before bed to really see results.
The timer will be on for 30 seconds per exercise. Since this is a 5 minute ab workout we're skipping the rest periods and powering straight through! If you need to take breaks, do it. Try to build up your endurance over time until you can complete this ab routine without any rest -- you got this!
