    Wow I can't believe I did this. 38 years old here and 6 months cigarette and nicotine free cold turkey. My technique was terrible but I feel like it's been a great workout.
    Another added bonus, I just realised the top of my kitchen cupboards need hoovered and cleaned after doing the 1-1/2 squat jumps. Excellent

      I barely finished my first attempt a week ago..
      But I had to rest for 5 days cuz my muscles were so dead.
      This is my second try, and I made it to the end.
      Hopefully the recover will not be long as the first was, finger cross

    I subscribed to your channel longtime ago. I just discover this video today and luckily today was my full body workout. I did those exercises no problem only the the Jump lunges that was harder for me as i have years on knees injuries from soccer since 2008, im 35 now

    Day one of this work out. Im losing 100 lbs. so I started this 15 second reps with 30 second breaks to start this week. Depending how I feel, move the work out longer next week. Thank you for posting this!

    Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

    Been mixing in this workout on average once a week for over a year now. At first I usually burned out when I reached 1 and a half jump squats but now I can mostly push through the whole thing. Thanks for this.
    Another random thing is the superman pushups at the end should probably be called spiderman pushups! I wasn't able to do these at first but can pretty much follow along now.

      I am quite sure you start the workout without warmup.
      If you warmed up you will be able to complete the workout.

    I've been doing other TH-cam workouts up to this, and when I revisited one of the Juice and Toya workouts I did before it was now easy to me, that's progress, I really like this workout!
    And I'm definitely taking at-least one maybe two of these exercises and adding them to my personal collection of favorites.

    I enjoyed the dogs as my two were in my face! Great workout. I had just gotten back into Jiu Jitsu good and had to have open heart surgery in May 23. This will help me with my recovery and preparation for return to the sport. I made it to 7 minutes and had to take a break. Done for good at 12 min today but I’ll be back on it tomorrow. 51 years old.

    I don't think I've ever felt as desperate during a workout as I did during this one. At certain points it took all of my willpower to keep myself from falling to the ground and disioving into hysterical laughter. Great workout.

    You are very good. I am doing for almost two weeks this excercise with my son(6), and is inbelievable. the skullcrusher pushups I wasn't able to do (none). my son he was able to do, after a few repetitions I am able to do almost the 30 secs..keep up the good work

    You should do more outdoor workouts. The view is goddamn amazing. Also, the cute puppy that comes in the video is the best. Always puts a smile on my face during the workouts.

      We always try to shoot outside. Sometimes on the upper deck and these past couple on the main deck. Glad you’re enjoying the workouts!

    Told im pre diabetic, have HBP, and high cholesterol...week 2 for me with this video..already feel different, in a good way of course, check up in a couple days for BP..check up in 2 months for everything else..last weigh in was 211..love the video

    I love how the workouts are laid out, the video started and ended with light movements which were fairly easy for me especially since I am just starting, the middle part workouts are the most difficult for me, but overall amazing video I liked it 👍🏻❤️

    Managed 18 minutes no breaks (bar the ad break & 15 seconds between excercises, of course 💁‍♂️) but this really isn't as easy as you'd think!! I gym 3 times a week, all good and well to bulk up but this is about more than that, I realise now my muscular endurance needs some improvement, thank you for this 🙏🏻 calisthenics is my new wave 🌊

    I am coming back again to get in good shape, I am 53, this routine is well made, it was harder in the beginning now, I want this as a habit. I was able to se results after day 12 of doing almost on a daily basis. Thanks for sharing it, I am glad I came across this video!!!!

    Day 1: Made it to the Superman pushups and lost it. Skull crusher pushups were tough too. Like this workout. Once I polish it up I think it will be perfect for me. Thx
