Acetone should take the writing off the cup so you don’t see it through the vinyl.

Hey there, thanks for watching and supporting us!! I recommend hand washing the cups unless you seal them, they held up good under hand washing, I did not seal them myself but a lot of others have told me they sealed and held up good

I’m a bit confused, why the laminating sheet? Why not sure sublimate the vinyl? What material in the laminating she makes the sublimation ink stick that’s not in the vinyl? 2. Will the pic on the cup fade , scratch with washing etc.,
The laminate sheet is made from polyester. When u sublimate straight to vinyl the sublimation tends to look better on the sticky side and faded on the outside, with the laminate it takes the sublimation and the vinyl provides the white color. And it does not fade, if your use a rough abrasive it may scratch, but if your hand wash they should last awhile, and some people have been sealing them too

@@nms1508 I don’t think u have to use sublimation paper, I’ve read a lot of people use copy paper, I have never tried it myself, I have only used Tex print-r sublimation paper, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work

Could use parchment paper from grocery store, Could use a few sheets of paper or a thin T-shirt , but parchment paper is what I use

Yes, that should be no problem, and u can use parchment paper, run into any grocery store and buy parchment paper ( DO NOT Use wax paper, it will melt, I’ve tried it 🤦🏻♂️) if not, use a few sheets of printer paper
What software do you use to cut your template
I used silhouette studio business edition for the template, cut the sub design by hand
Why is my laminate peeling? It's pen and gear .3mil.

Will this only work with the 651 white permanent vinyl or can other colors be used, such as glitter vinyl?
I have only ever done it with 651, the laminate is clear, so if your using a different color vinyl I’m not sure how image will come out. If you can sub on glitter vinyl the same way u can on glitter htv, then that should work
