  • 10 minute SUP yoga - Exercise, stretch, relax
    Take some time, find a nice peaceful place, grab your sup and float into the depths of your body and mind.
    This is a beginners sup yoga practice, the exercises are not to challenging for balancing on sup. There is just a little bit of fun play with strenth and a lot of nice stretching. We take time to relax in easy, restorative asnas as we float on the surface of the water.
    Move the body and mind into stillness, letting go of everything else. :)
    The class is led in english.
