    Love this! I would love to see more lunch on the go suggestions. Things to take to work that can be prepped the night before. But also won't stink up a shared break room... like microwaving broccoli. 😊

    I eat ON oats everyday Monday - Friday because of love them and they are perfect for breakfast at my desk at work. I cook my oats on the weekends and make them a little fancier 💃😁 I love seeing dinner recipes to give me ideas😁 I make big batches of things I can freeze so I have a freezer full of lunches and dinners when I need them🤩

    Tia thanks for keeping it real! I laughed so much as water splashed on the stove, oats on the counter(I swear I need a funnel or something to get those oats in the ball jar myself!), tomato overboard, milk splashing. It’s like you’re right here in my kitchen. Lol. Thanks for not editing it out. You’re my hero! PS: I’ve been vegan since November to try to reverse the same gallbladder issues you were having. Unfortunately I’ve been nursing this sick puppy for 10 years, cutting things out of my diet etc…but it had me in the hospital 3 days last week and it’s saying bye bye next week. No plans to change back to a standard American diet either. Plant based for life!!

      😂 glad that it is relatable. You know I do have a funnel, but every time o pour the oats in those jars I think “this time they aren’t going to spill anywhere, I can do it” and of course it doesn’t work LOL hope your gallbladder issues are better.

      @@HealthyVeganMama thanks! I always try to make that hand funnel but it never works. Looking forward to post-op life. FYI I make my PB even lower in fat with just PB2, water and a tiny bit of maple syrup. I’ve gotten where I actually prefer it that way. Sometimes I’ll add flax, chia, hemp hearts and pumpkin seeds for omega 3 and to make it chunky. Never would of thought of it tho w/o your PB hack advice. 🥰

    I tried the savory oats just because your cookie dough, peaches and cream oats, chocolate oats with strawberries were all so delicious. Didn't think I would like the savory oats but OH MY GOSH...you have a new subscriber, it was filling and so good!!!! I'm even thinking of buying your cookbooks, as one who is trying to lose weight

    As a picky eater/ someone with sensory issues with food I have a hard time eating oatmeal so any other simple options is nice. I'd love more lunch and dinner ideas. I tend to eat my leftovers for breakfast then I'm stumped for lunch.

    I've struggled to eat a non-starchy vegetable, like broccoli or a salad, beside my oatmeal. I have recently been adding equal parts of unsalted riced cauliflower as I do dry oats to the pot while cooking my oats. Surprisingly it takes on the seasonings of the oatmeal. So win win.

    Yum! Thanks Tia. I can’t find your recipe for the chocolate cherry overnight oats you had posted in another video. They are so good and I have them for a dessert about 3-4 hrs after making them while they are still chewy.

      Hi there. For that I just do 3/4c - 1c rolled oats, 1 tbsp unsweet cocoa powder, frozen cherries (about 8-10), 1 tbsp maple syrup or a smooshed banana and plant milk (maybe 1-1.5 c) shake it up and store for next day :)

    I am new to the vegan clean eating with no oil. I am doing it because of my health but it is very hard. I’m about to drive from Virginia to California with my son in his little car that he is packing for him to be in California to work and I am flying back, do you have any tips for me to try to still eat clean? It is so hard to go to restaurant because when I think I’m eating something clean I find out they still put oil on it😩 thank you for your channel I’m new to all this and I’ve enjoyed watching your videos 🤗christy

      Just tell them not to put oil. I tell the waiters that’s I’m allergic to it…they’ll be sure to not use it then :)

I think suggestions for meals at anytime make great video's so it doesn't make any difference to me if it's a video with breakfast recipes or with lunch or dinner recipes because they would all be welcome especially if they are budget or cheap recipes because with the cost of living increasing budget or cheap recipes would be appreciated and welcome by your viewers/subscribers.     I liked breakfast ideas. Especially since I’ve never developed a taste for overnight oats. I just don’t like them all mushy and cold! Lunch is usually leftovers and I have more dinner ideas than I have time to prepare. Maybe good snack ideas?

    So if I’m buying a vegan product, do you just look at the ingredients list. Do you also need to look at the calories per serve and the total fat per serve?
    I get really confused 🤔

      Yes read the ingredients, but I would
      Try to stick to as many whole plant foods as you can and skip the prepackaged stuff for health and weight loss.

      I would think that'd be a reasonable idea. And, maybe have a little more protein and non-starchy veggies with your lunch & dinner.

      Hi there. Sure If it was me and I needed a snack or more food, I listen to my body. I’m not a big snacker so I make sure to eat enough during meal time. As far as being compliant, eating plant based isn’t a “diet” so listen to your body and eat when you need to :) weight loss and gain has everything to do with calories. So if you aren’t losing weight it’s because you have eaten too many calories for the day consistently, not necessarily because you had a snack. Hope that helps.

    Tia, quick question: If you are using a recipe with PB2, do you use a 1:1 swap ratio? So 1Tbsp PB2 instead of 1 Tbsp peanut butter?

    I am desperate to find wheat-free and soy-free meal ideas, especially for breakfast.
    I am allergic to soy and cannot tolerant wheat; I have such bad digestive issues from wheat.
    Have any ideas/meals that are soy/wheat-free?

      Organic oats, hash browns, Polenta or grits, pancakes made from a healthy flour that isn’t wheat, smoothies and smoothie bowls are just some to name a handful :)
