Good advice. I am a whole food plant based vegan and I avoid oils but in 2020 with the quarantine I gained 10 lbs. I used to go to the gym every day at 5:00 AM but then the gyms shut down so my exercise routine changed and not in a good way. I still run and cycle but not as regularly as going to the gym daily rain or shine. I move less now yet consume the same as when I worked out more. Also working from home I swapped out my daily salad for lunch for more snacks throughout the day. Gotta either eat less calorie dense foods or move more (or both) but 2020 was very stressful so I am trying to be kind to myself about it.
Being kind to yourself is first on the list fir sure. It’s okay, we all slip every now and then...all of us 😌 Sounds like you are working towards getting back on the saddle 🌱
You’re the person I’ve been needing in my life, I’ve been on and off vegetarian/vegan for 6 years. I need simple delicious and informative videos! Thank you!
Wow your the 1st person to say your mental emotions can stop you from looking weight this is my 1st time hearing you I'm looking forward to hearing what you eat on a day
I never understood why smoothies were so popular. You can take in tons of calories in seconds. It's better to chew all those foods, much more satisfying, takes much longer to digest, and slower glucose increase.
I use smoothies as a way to get those extra things in, like collagen, spiralina, and ground flax. Add those to some almond milk with a handful of fresh spinach and a few frozen berries and it's a super nutritious and low calorie drink.
I needed this today because I'm gaining instead of losing. I'm in menopause so there are hormone issues, but I know there's more and I normally eat more processed because I prepare a separate meal for my family and sometimes I'm just too tired after working all day and after cooking for them and I take the lazy way out, so I've got to do better.
I can relate. Wanting to eat this way and still preparing other meals for my family. I was being tempted to eat the things I know that I do not want to anymore. It really is a battle with the mind.
Just saw this and I SO agree! I'm older, working full time, and doing this on my own. I haven't really lost anything. My lab results are good, but I'd love to get over this self sabotage.
Talk about crazy that this video popped up. I litterly weighed myself the past 2 days and I'm gaining instead of losing weight so I was bombed out about it and said I need to go to "what's her names page" your face, but name just wasn't coming to me. So I got sidetracked and started scrolling and then boom you and your video was in the scroll ..Talk about some help from the man above .🙌🏾 I Love your approach to helping us newbies Vegan Mama. You're so appreciated.
I keep tweaking my diet and Im not giving up ! As you say the main thing is eating healthy and boy do I ever eat healthy now due to covid . I used to go out to eat a couple times a week but I have not gone out for a year now . I figured it was a great opportunity to eat super healthy from home since I dont go out . Very occassionally I will have a tofurky sausage with dinner ( but just one now instead of two ) and everything else is organic whole plant foods . I dont even drink smoothies anymore . No oil , no sugar ! I started intermittent fasting at the beginning of february as well . I finish eating for the day by 6 or latest 7pm on occassion . Then I drink herb teas in the evening to take my mind off food . First calories I take in are the next day at 10 am I have a coffee with oat milk I make myself with a half cup of organic oats and a tablespoon of hemp hearts blended with water . I used to strain in but I find now that I love the thick creaminess and of course I dont lose the fiber that way . It really fills me up and then in a couple hours later I have my lunch and then 4 hours after that I have dinner , always with a big salad and I make my own sauces in the blender with tumeric , cayenne , a bean base , a medjool date , raw garlic or other healthy ingredients so I dont have to feel guilty eating my dressing because it is a nutritious part of the meal . I dont have a scale so I dont know for sure but I dont seem to be losing my belly fat ! The intermittent fasting makes my belly feel much better because before ( I assume because of the fiber abd constantly eating ) my belly would get so distended and Id be so gassy . Im amazed that with all Im doing that I am not losing weight fast but I think it is a whole new ball game when you are post menopausal . Somebody told me that after you finish having periods your ovaries dont make you any estrogen anymore but the belly fat actually produces estrogen for you . Maybe thats why many women my age have bellies . Anyways I am not giving up because generally I do feel good eating this way and hopefully over time my belly will shrink . Ive been hiking quite strenuously 1 hour a day since the pandemic began as well which youd think would produce good results but again , even if Im not losing weight I feel much stronger and healthier . Now I am adding high intensity interval exercising as well . Wish me luck ! Maybe if you have any ideas about the challenges of losing weight after menopause you could do a video on that topic . I subscribed , thanks .
Sounds like you got this 👊🏻 real weight loss can be slow, but that’s amazing because you are learning and adapting forever changes and habits. Way to go!
Another tip could be if you're having cravings and absolutely need food, eat potatoes. They are so good for you and so filling, and take your cravings away
Again Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I just realised myself that I have all the knowledge but keep self sabotaging myself. Thank you so much
Isn’t that frustrating? You can overcome it though! I did and that means anyone can. I spent years doing it and didn’t think it was possible to break free, but it’s amazing how you can turn things around. Thanks for watching ❤️
This is a wonderful video! General rule to remember is that if you’re overweight, you’re just eating too many carbs. All carbs convert to sugar in the body which spikes your insulin. Without insulin, the body cannot store the sugar as fat. You can eat as much fat as you want and it won’t contribute to any weight gain. However- stick to good fats (Avocado oil, Salmon, Nuts, etc) Bad fats in snacks, canola oil, etc won’t make you gain weight but will give you a stroke or heart attack. This is because bad fats are hydrogenated/trans fats, which increase your bad cholesterol- which builds nasty plaque in your arteries. Good fats kill bad fat. Do not be afraid of calories or fats. DEATH to carbohydrates! Lol For weight loss, stay under 150g of carbs a day. To switch your body’s system from using carbs as it’s main energy source to using fat, stay under 50g (Ketosis) Before changing your diet, create at least 3 go-to ways ways to manage your emotions and stress or it won’t work. You’ll default to carbs like a drug when your angry, upset, or need to feel good. Wish you all the best! ☺️ I did it, you can too!
Good points! I do find, however, that if I don’t eat much fat, and I over-do it on carbs, I’m ALWAYS hungry or craving more carbs. We’re all different, but I lost weight and felt satisfied and didn’t suffer eating a low carb, medium fat diet. We’re all different! It really does come down to calories in/calories out. We just have to pay attention to what works for our own bodies!
Thank you so much! I felt like you were sitting me down one-on-one and telling me what my problem was.............. but with solutions. You got me all together! I know this is an older vid but I'm so glad I found you. Now, off to get my mind and thinking straight so I can lose this unwanted weight. ☺️
Just hang in there. It takes time for REAL and healthy fat loss. But once it starts to happen you will have created amazing and healthy habits for the rest of your life. Wishing you all the best. You can do it 👊🏻
The bonus piece was worth this video by itself. The mind is a dangerous place sometimes. That is where my biggest hang up is. Thank you for being open about it. Down almost 50 lbs since becoming vegan. Well on my way for the best version of myself. Keep up the good work!

Hi Tia, Thank you for this video today. I’m down 30lbs, but since moving house I have really fallen off the whole food wagon, still plant based, but those processed foods have crept back in. Going to plan all my meals for the week ahead and jump back on that wagon xx
I've been a junk food vegan for over five years. My weight has gone up and down but I'm currently almost the same as I was before I was vegan. My bloodwork shows how much healthier I am but I'm hoping to switch to whole food plant based and finally lose some weight for good.
I found you because of Chelsea Mae and found her because TH-cam knows I'm testing out Vegan recipes. Lol. I'm 3 weeks into my new healthy journey so I'm here with an open mind!
This was awesome summary/ list of pitfalls. Thanks for recommending that we can use a couch and a reference. I have joined recently and enjoying your videos. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Great, practical information... Thanks so much, Tia; I hope you realize what an inspiration you really are. I appreciate all the time and energy you put into your videos...stay amazing!
Very helpful. I've given up on impossible products (hopefully for good). Yesterday my sister in law had dinner at Cheesecake Factory I had an impossible burger wrapped in lettuce. I wasn't tempted to indulge in the basket full of warm bread and soft butter. I was so proud of myself. I do eat perhaps a few more nuts than I should. I justify it since they're raw sun flower and pumpkin seeds. I've been a vegetarian for over 30 years but still struggled with my weight. I truly see improvements with my weight since becoming oil, salt and dairy free. I'm 5'3 164 pds down from 176 in 5 1/2 weeks. I really appreciate your presentation. I'll be watching.😊
Love this video. It’s so inspiring. A younger version of me seems to have known these things. Thank you for the friendly reminder! Many thanks to all of you for sharing your stories!
Thanks so much Hungry Vegan Mama. This is a fantastic list, I've been wanting to replace olive oil for something healthier so I will try vegetable broth. I used to snack a lot too, sugary smoothies and sometimes 'vegan chocolate', then I stopped eating/drinking those for music and a book. I started loosing weight, today I'm at 113 Lbs.
❤️ thank you. I love chatting with everyone and hope to be as clear as possible on this. I know how confusing it can be. It’s so sad all of the wrong information out there and I love helping in any way I can. I appreciate your sweet comment.
Nuts, avocado and cheese were like the devil for me...I didn't know how calory dense all these were and they made me gain so much weight each time I tried going plant based...this made me fall on and off the wagon so many times over the years...now I know how I should eat and started losing weight finally..thank God!
I absolutely love your video. Good information. I am a committed juicer, I juice my own and I have lost 14 pounds in 10 days. I am plant based too. I eat a small raw meal before 6pm along with Intermediate fasting. You are doing a great job! Be encourage and thank for the information.
Excellent video Hungry Vegan Mama. I never use oil to saute my vegetables (I use water instead) but I still get my healthy fats from whole plant foods. Sending love 💕 and virtual hugs 🤗 to you.
Great video, amazing advice. I'd be lying if I said I didn't already know all this, but still great video. My smoothies are just fruit and water, it definitely fills my tummy. Plus unlike juice it still has the fiber, and yes drinking it slowly does help.❤
Good sensible advice, something to think about. I have wondered if our current microbiome when we're fatter can actually mentally influence us to maintain itself that way. Your comments on how you used to think are very familiar. Great explanation.
Thank you for speaking gently on this topic. I’m having a difficult time adjusting. I have gained so much weight and I’m having a difficult time feeling like my decisions are making an impact
Thanks for video. Today is my 10th day into vegan. I switched diet from keto and found vegan is harder to loss weight. Even though I stop having so much oily food. I think I have to combine intermittent fast with vegan diet. Non- stop eating is really my problem .
Fantastic sum up of all I have learnt watching your videos. The vegan junk is the biggie for me. Already cut the oils and have minimal nuts etc. Getting better. Mental- just watching you keeps me in track. Knowing I have a friend in the corner. Everyone around me lives an extravagant style of meat and treats. You my friend -make it fun. You make it simple. ❤️❤️
Thank you soooo much for sharing!! I eat mostly plant based (rarely eat mock meat and vegan cheese) but oil... THE OIL!! And I thought avocado oil was better! So I was saturating everything in oil. Gained an easy 20 pounds. It was so sad
I have been trying different ways to lose weight since Christmas. I am just the same as I was. I'll try your tips as I do eat the plant based burgers sometimes and use oil. Love your accent.
But sometimes, you really need a snack and your body tells you for real. I agree not to eat mindlessly, but don't deprive your body from a healthy snack if you need it. I suffered from anorexia and i don't wanna go down the restriction route again.
I have been working on my plant based journey for over a year now. I definitely struggle with the mindset side of weight loss. My household is not vegan at all so it can make it hard to keep in that track.
Yes ut is...hubby is still into NJ the dairy snd processes foods...its definitely extra work cooking the animal products for him even though he does enjoy my plant based foods and restaurants

So sorry you can’t cook. Is there anyone who can cook for you? If not maybe you can buy some healthier prepackaged things...like oat meal, grits, etc. lots of fruits and veggies obviously don’t require cooking, you can just eat them up 🙌🏻 I love to buy frozen veggies and frozen rice. You can throw those in the microwave, put a little sauce on there and voila. Easy and only 5 minutes. Best of luck to yo. Hope you heal up quick
Amen it is my attachment to food. It is in my head because everything you said I already knew. I always sabotage myself but I am doing great today and will try to continue. Thank you for your thoughts and advice.
Thank you so much for this video! I have been eating vegan for a little over a year. I didn't go into this way of life trying to lose weight but to be healthy and I feel much better..I've dropped about 25 pounds since I've started but , I feel that I'm not eating properly to really see the results I want. I am definitely going to implement the suggestions you've made. This has been one of the most helpful videos I've seen. Thank you so much
Thanks for this video. I’m good with eating healthily and exercise when it’s warm outside but I totally fall off the wagon during colder months. The struggle is real!
Omg girl everything you said is right. I know exactly how to loose weight but I let my mind control me all this years . Let me resetting my mind this day forward. Peace ☮️
I’m just going to keep trying....baby steps. hopefully, eventually I’ll learn. they’s a learning curve. I want sustainability not gain it back. It’s quitting fats high sugar it’s hard. I never smoked . This a huge change with. A lot of work it is more work I have to make meals and snacks salad dressing not to mention all the dishes to wash.. I’m 67 I’m raising my granddaughter she’s the why
Sustainability is everything, that’s what I live about a plant based lifestyle. It’s real, and the healthiest way to eat and sustainable 🙌🏻 Why would you quit fats? We need fats in our diet :)
Wow, great info. I was upset this morning because I'm losing so, so slowly. I know part of it is my age, but I've been following the starch solution and I'm enjoying it, but I can't get past the 10 pound weight loss and I need to lose 70 or so. I've been telling myself that the oil isn't really that bad - I'm so used to using it to cook with and yes, it makes food taste good. Listening to these tips made a lot of sense and I'm definitely doing some of these things (LOL like adding oil). So, thank you so much for making these videos to help us. I will stop using oil now and stop the mindless snacking and see how that works. Oh and the last tip about how our mind tricks us - yeah, very good point. Thank you! Now I'm going to watch more of your videos. 😊
Thank you💚. This was so helpful. I have been vegan for years. I love using oil when I cook and I also tend to snack when I go through a stressful period of time. No matter how much I exercise and eat vegan, the extra weight will not disappear, unless I get more disciplined with the above habits.

I hear you!!! Exact same boat here, even missing the 5am workout, and 11 pound weight gain 🙄
You’re the person I’ve been needing in my life, I’ve been on and off vegetarian/vegan for 6 years. I need simple delicious and informative videos! Thank you!
So happy you found me. Thanks for watching and subscribing.
Wow your the 1st person to say your mental emotions can stop you from looking weight this is my 1st time hearing you I'm looking forward to hearing what you eat on a day
So happy you are enjoying 🙌🏻 thanks for watching
I never understood why smoothies were so popular. You can take in tons of calories in seconds. It's better to chew all those foods, much more satisfying, takes much longer to digest, and slower glucose increase.
Yes yes! 🙌🏻
I use smoothies as a way to get those extra things in, like collagen, spiralina, and ground flax. Add those to some almond milk with a handful of fresh spinach and a few frozen berries and it's a super nutritious and low calorie drink.
Thanks for this. Yes, taking hold of your mind is crucial for success! And to keep hold of it, too.
Sticking to whole plant foods should help your hormones. Mine have changed dramatically. Best of luck to you and thanks for watching.
Thanks!
Im following you for ideas. Im 63 and not very active. Started the WFPB eating last week. I love it. Thank you.
Talk about crazy that this video popped up. I litterly weighed myself the past 2 days and I'm gaining instead of losing weight so I was bombed out about it and said I need to go to "what's her names page" your face, but name just wasn't coming to me. So I got sidetracked and started scrolling and then boom you and your video was in the scroll ..Talk about some help from the man above .🙌🏾
I Love your approach to helping us newbies Vegan Mama.
Way to go!
Awesome you've turned into a bad ass
Another tip could be if you're having cravings and absolutely need food, eat potatoes. They are so good for you and so filling, and take your cravings away
Oh yes!! Great tip!
Better yet eat sweet potatoes.
I love to hear that! I love potatoes. Not a big fan of the sweet potato but what can you do?
I love to eat carrots 🥕
Aren't the starchy veggies high in carbs and fattening? So I've heard... So confused about all the info out there!
I would like to see a current pantry tour! Thank you for sharing all of this goodness 🥰
However- stick to good fats (Avocado oil, Salmon, Nuts, etc)
Bad fats in snacks, canola oil, etc won’t make you gain weight but will give you a stroke or heart attack. This is because bad fats are hydrogenated/trans fats, which increase your bad cholesterol- which builds nasty plaque in your arteries.
Good fats kill bad fat. Do not be afraid of calories or fats.
DEATH to carbohydrates! Lol
For weight loss, stay under 150g of carbs a day.
To switch your body’s system from using carbs as it’s main energy source to using fat, stay under 50g (Ketosis)
Before changing your diet, create at least 3 go-to ways ways to manage your emotions and stress or it won’t work.
Yes eat more carbs. Carbs don’t make you fat. They keep you full and satisfied 🙌🏻 what makes us fat is eating more calories than our body burns.
Yes I had a bad emotional tie to food and sugar was addicting. I really believe that I cannot have sugar at all.
Thank you so much! I felt like you were sitting me down one-on-one and telling me what my problem was.............. but with solutions. You got me all together! I know this is an older vid but I'm so glad I found you. Now, off to get my mind and thinking straight so I can lose this unwanted weight. ☺️
Oh I’m so glad this helped in some way. Thanks for watching and for being here. Best of luck to you.
Why you’re still overweight?
Logical side of brain: It’s only been a week.
Me: 😔
Just hang in there. It takes time for REAL and healthy fat loss. But once it starts to happen you will have created amazing and healthy habits for the rest of your life. Wishing you all the best. You can do it 👊🏻
😂😂😂😂😁😁😁😁
I’m the same I have been plant based a week and completely terrified I won’t loose weight
Omg me too
I felt this
The bonus piece was worth this video by itself. The mind is a dangerous place sometimes. That is where my biggest hang up is. Thank you for being open about it. Down almost 50 lbs since becoming vegan. Well on my way for the best version of myself. Keep up the good work!
It really can mess with us so much. Excellent to hear that you are down 50 lbs. you must feel amazing.
@@HealthyVeganMama I do feel great. I'm actually down 112 lbs. Just didn't change to vegan until beginning of last year. So glad I did though. Definitely will keep eating this way
I love your video, it's so motivational, logical and factual. Good job and thanks again !
Hi Tia,
Thank you for this video today. I’m down 30lbs, but since moving house I have really fallen off the whole food wagon, still plant based, but those processed foods have crept back in. Going to plan all my meals for the week ahead and jump back on that wagon xx
Wow congrats. You must feel great!
that's awesome! Congrats
I've been a junk food vegan for over five years. My weight has gone up and down but I'm currently almost the same as I was before I was vegan. My bloodwork shows how much healthier I am but I'm hoping to switch to whole food plant based and finally lose some weight for good.
Whole food plant based is a life changer. Best of luck to you 🌱
Just want to say your hair looks so beautiful curly!
Thank you so much. Yesterday when I was filming it was extra curly! So humid here.
Agreed curly is better
Right? It's so beautiful! Her hair and eyes are fighting for front and center, both amazingly gorgeous!
Just started following you, love all the great info, I've been trying to go vegetarian/healthy for awhile (only one in family)
boredom eating is definitely a thing! i love getting outside when i feel this way
It is! Getting outside saved me from my boredom eating.
Night time eating is a real problem for me. I find I'm just tired but don't want to go to bed so early. Lol.
LOVE THE HAIR😍
Thanks ☺️
I found you because of Chelsea Mae and found her because TH-cam knows I'm testing out Vegan recipes. Lol. I'm 3 weeks into my new healthy journey so I'm here with an open mind!
Too cute, the disappearing slippers😊😊 I love it
hahaha
Thank you so much for being so motivating and sharing your success and tips!
My pleasure
Great tips! Thank you!
One of the most helpful yet simplistic video I have watched in my nine years being vegan (and learning everyday)
That’s so nice of you to say, thank you. Happy you enjoyed it.
I’m so happy you mention how it can sometimes be hard to eat healthy everyday, also like you my family is also non vegan. Great video!
Yes it isn’t easy in the world we live in today for sure. Happy you enjoyed it
Hey Tia. Thanks for the tips. I’ve given up the processed vegan junk and oil. Hopefully I can get results
Way to go 🙌🏻 I bet you see change.
I’ll keep you posted 😂😂
This was awesome summary/ list of pitfalls. Thanks for recommending that we can use a couch and a reference. I have joined recently and enjoying your videos. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
sarak: Do you mean a couch to lie down on? (lol).
Great, practical information... Thanks so much, Tia; I hope you realize what an inspiration you really are. I appreciate all the time and energy you put into your videos...stay amazing!
You are so sweet for letting me know that. I enjoy sharing so much and love helping ❤️
You should investigate impossible burgers .. super bad for you
Love this video. It’s so inspiring. A younger version of me seems to have known these things. Thank you for the friendly reminder! Many thanks to all of you for sharing your stories!
Love you girl! You're my favorite weight loss Vegan!
So happy you enjoyed the video.
Tysm for this video. You have helped me so much , I'm new to this lifestyle 💜💜💜💜
So happy to be helpful ❤️
Tia, I read a lot of comments today. You are so thoughtful and kind. I hope you have a great week!
❤️ thank you. I love chatting with everyone and hope to be as clear as possible on this. I know how confusing it can be. It’s so sad all of the wrong information out there and I love helping in any way I can. I appreciate your sweet comment.
Thank you so much. Your videos keep me inspired and motivated! You speak so well. Much appreciated.
It’s my pleasure. So happy you enjoy them.
Nuts, avocado and cheese were like the devil for me...I didn't know how calory dense all these were and they made me gain so much weight each time I tried going plant based...this made me fall on and off the wagon so many times over the years...now I know how I should eat and started losing weight finally..thank God!
Wow! So much good information. Now I know why I am struggling still with my weight loss.
So happy you found this helpful!
I absolutely love your video. Good information. I am a committed juicer, I juice my own and I have lost 14 pounds in 10 days. I am plant based too. I eat a small raw meal before 6pm along with Intermediate fasting. You are doing a great job! Be encourage and thank for the information.
That’s amazing. You must feel amazing! Thanks for watching. It’s my pleasure to share.
Thank you. These tips are extremely valuable.
So happy you find them helpful.
Thanks
Very good advise
I will change up my diet
Thanks!
Excellent video Hungry Vegan Mama. I never use oil to saute my vegetables (I use water instead) but I still get my healthy fats from whole plant foods. Sending love 💕 and virtual hugs 🤗 to you.
That’s fantastic! Hugs back.
Excellent idea. I recently started sautéing vegetables and brown rice in veggie stock.
Thank you for this. I love the part about transitioning Foods! Just be careful not to transition with them too long!
So happy you enjoyed
Great video, amazing advice. I'd be lying if I said I didn't already know all this, but still great video.
My smoothies are just fruit and water, it definitely fills my tummy. Plus unlike juice it still has the fiber, and yes drinking it slowly does help.❤
I’m a new vegan but this helped me tremendously I’ll incorporate most of these tips for the next month and see how it goes! Thank you!
So happy this was helpful to you 😀
Loved the video. Created my own biofeedback testing library from 6 tips to keep me on track and honest. Thank you.
Awesome. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for posting this video.
Good sensible advice, something to think about. I have wondered if our current microbiome when we're fatter can actually mentally influence us to maintain itself that way. Your comments on how you used to think are very familiar. Great explanation.
Thanks so much for watching
Thank you for speaking gently on this topic. I’m having a difficult time adjusting. I have gained so much weight and I’m having a difficult time feeling like my decisions are making an impact
Thanks for video. Today is my 10th day into vegan. I switched diet from keto and found vegan is harder to loss weight. Even though I stop having so much oily food. I think I have to combine intermittent fast with vegan diet. Non- stop eating is really my problem .
This is absolutely wonderful information. Thank you!
You are so sweet! It seems like you are doing your best and like you said getting better. That’s fantastic!
This is the video I needed! Thank you so much, I’m ready to turn my life around and change these eating habits for the sake of my health! 😊
So happy you enjoyed it!
Thank you soooo much for sharing!! I eat mostly plant based (rarely eat mock meat and vegan cheese) but oil... THE OIL!! And I thought avocado oil was better! So I was saturating everything in oil. Gained an easy 20 pounds. It was so sad
Would love for you to talk more about mindset! Thanks for the video Tia!
Noted 😉
Your energy is so delightful ❤❤❤
I have been trying different ways to lose weight since Christmas. I am just the same as I was.
I'll try your tips as I do eat the plant based burgers sometimes and use oil.
Love your accent.
But sometimes, you really need a snack and your body tells you for real. I agree not to eat mindlessly, but don't deprive your body from a healthy snack if you need it. I suffered from anorexia and i don't wanna go down the restriction route again.
Absolutely eat when you are hungry or are in need of food.
New here 😊👋🏾👋🏾. Glad I found your channel. Great advice 😃🙏🏾💚. Thank you.
Excellent overview!! Very impressive list and lots of great ideas. Thank you!!
Thanks for sharing; all great points! Love this new food journey!
SO TRUE! Thank you for the reminder 🥰
I have been working on my plant based journey for over a year now. I definitely struggle with the mindset side of weight loss. My household is not vegan at all so it can make it hard to keep in that track.
I can understand that for sure. Just hang in there and keep moving forward...as it sounds like you’re doing. You got this 👊🏻
Yes ut is...hubby is still into NJ the dairy snd processes foods...its definitely extra work cooking the animal products for him even though he does enjoy my plant based foods and restaurants
Yes ut is...hubby is still into NJ the dairy snd processes foods...its definitely extra work cooking the animal products for him even though he does enjoy my plant based foods and restaurants
I just had hip replacement and can not cook it so hard to stay on plan I feel so discouraged I need to heal my body the 40 pounds I need to lose will be great. I love your channel
I’ve started a raw food diet. All I do is eat and the weight is dropping off, slowly but surely. Also, I LOVE your accent.
Awesome! Thank you
Amen it is my attachment to food. It is in my head because everything you said I already knew. I always sabotage myself but I am doing great today and will try to continue.
Thank you for your thoughts and advice.
Every day meal is a new beginning. So happy you are doing well today.
Thank you so much
Bonus reason personified here! Thanks for this one, Tia!!
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for watching
100% spot-on. Use them as a treat. Cut nuts, oils and avocado
👊🏻 thank so much for watching.
Seriuosly dont know what to eat anymore....no nuts or how about olive oil? If no meat.
@@Lili-tt2ks Nuts and seeds are fine same with olive oil. Ppl only cut that when trying to lose weight. Don't be discouraged.
If you are eating raw mostly then I wouldn't omit nuts.
Thanks for this video. I’m good with eating healthily and exercise when it’s warm outside but I totally fall off the wagon during colder months. The struggle is real!
Cold weather just sucks 🤦🏻♀️😂 it’s okay, we all make mistakes.
Im a new subscriber ! Thank you for this important information ! I will apply this to my weight loss Journey! God bless!
This is a really helpful video. Thanks. I like that the information is factual without being militant, lol.
Spot on. Your hair looks amazing curly
Thank you so much
Omg girl everything you said is right. I know exactly how to loose weight but I let my mind control me all this years . Let me resetting my mind this day forward. Peace ☮️
Wonderful video! Thank you as I could relate to everything you said. Makes a whole lot of sense! 💖
So happy it’s helpful and you could relate
I have to know what happened to the other flip flop????? Around 9:50 🤣😜😆
Hahaha I don’t know. I think I may have gotten up and took a break and kicked it maybe 🤷🏻♀️😂
It’s real, and the healthiest way to eat and sustainable 🙌🏻
Why would you quit fats?
Yes the calories add up for sure - sounds like a plan.
Great video. Thanks for making it. I will check out more of your content.
Thank you💚. This was so helpful. I have been vegan for years. I love using oil when I cook and I also tend to snack when I go through a stressful period of time. No matter how much I exercise and eat vegan, the extra weight will not disappear, unless I get more disciplined with the above habits.
