Red Lentil Dahl recipe:
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
5 cardamom pods
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
Thumb sized piece of ginger, grated
2 tsp mild curry powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp kasmiri chilli
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 cup dry red lentils, rinsed
1 vegetable stock cube
1 cup oats or other plant milk
Coriander
Pepper, salt per taste
