I just watched a weight loss smoothie video & the young lady used bananas in EVERY recipe & im wondering how her before & after look so magical when any weight loss specialist & doctor will tell you bananas are NOT for weight loss. They're FULL of sugar & high on the glycemic index. So u are correct, they're great for weight gain.

Finally found what I need to gain some weight. Substituted almond butter (home made with flax seed oil), kefir (home made with organic whole milk) instead of yogurt. Presoaked steel cut oats with medjool dates and chia. Very smooth and tasty with the banana and cinnamon. Thanks 😊
Update: I forgot to write a review.. Last summer I used to drink this every morning and night (sometimes including breakfast and dinner). My butt got really big ❤️and I've gained a lot of weight. All families members were shocked of my appearance after gaining the weight. Now I'm starting this again, I hope I will reach that weight again ❤️.

I start on 24 the of December ,I use milk ,yellow bananas and peanuts ..., I have gained 3kgs from then to now. I take a cup in the morning and before bed,.
I just made this for the first time today but I did a half portion and it’s a decent amount. It’s the perfect amount of sweet, banana and peanut butter. Nothing is too overwhelming. I did use oat milk instead of whole dairy. The consistency is pretty thick but it’s not unappetizing. Overall I’m enjoying it and I will be adding one shake to my daily routine.
I was always 45kg but started my weight gain plan end of June, 2022. I weigh additional 15kg after 2 months. I'm now 61kg but 60kg on empty bowel. I take every night after dinner 2 big ripe bananas, 1 tin full cream milk, 1 avocado, 1 tb peanut butter, 1tb cold press coconut oil and 1 tb flaxseed. I eat them gradually even if it takes me 2 hours to consume them because I'm lazy to blend and clean my blender every night😁😁. It gave me a fat tummy though but by God's grace my target is 75kg and will maintain it at that scale💃💃💃💃💃
So I was making this shake daily while I was pregnant cause I took a nutrition class and it was said to help with how hungry I always felt while pregnant. To keep it on the nutritional side. Well now I know why my baby was born so big, I have 2 previous kids both born 6lbs +. Now my finally child which I have birth to Nov 2021 was 9lbs and 21 inches never in my life I had no baby that big🤣🤣. But I drank this shake every other day while pregnant. ive been doing this for about a month now, ingrediants is a little different, i add in 2 table spoons of olive oil for extra cal. i gain weight very slowly, but ive managed to gain around 2kg whilst also doing strength training.
Restarted my weight gain journey last week (August 23rd 2024) today is the 29 (6 days later) I went from 111.2 lbs to 115.8 lbs. I only made this shake twice (2 servings each so 4 servings total). It really works. My goal is 130lbs. I’ll update this when I hit my goal 💪🏽💪🏽

@@GabrielaSmith-yx5yu no you must eat regular meals. U don't have to fill your plate. You can have sandwiche or toast in the morning, have a small portion of rice or spaghetti in the afternoon and light meal evening. Have smoothie morning and b4 bed. It will work 🙂👍
When I first made this smoothie I drank it with a straw and it was so awful 😫 but it’s only because all of the oats settle at the bottom and it was very chunky, when I drank from the cup itself it tasted much better 👍🏼 if you’re like me and hate the taste of banana in your smoothie you can eliminate it and just eat the banana by itself that way you still get the calories. I also do not like yogurt and decided to not add it in (I can find calories in something else) it’s a yummy recipe excluding those things (my preference) I’ve started today and will try my best to update on the results.

I also eat a full meal for lunch like Singapore noodles with mackerel or chicken. A curry and rice for dinner. Then I have the shake. Throughout the day I might snack on cashew nuts and cranberries. For the shake, I will put a heaped spoonful of peanut butter, tinned coconut milk used for cooking, a handful of oats, and I will add a fruit like a banana, mango or raspberries! I have this once a day but yesterday I went overboard and had it twice. I don’t think I’ll do that again👀😂

u may need to exercise on certain areas of ur body where u want to gain weight.den take the smoothie right after the exercise so it goes to the right places

I was using the Serious Mass Gainer before trying this. This!, is amazing. It tastes way better, is healthier, and has the same amount of calories. 600+ calories in one drink. I use regular whole milk instead of curd or greek yogurt because its way too think when i use those. Milk makes its the perfect smoothie. Or u can use almond milk. I also add whipped cream for added sugar and calories. Try it!!!

People tell me I look so skinny, must be nice to be a 00, must weigh 90 pounds soaking wet, etc etc, even though I'm a size 3/4 and am considered healthy for my size...when I tell people I want to gain weight, I get looks as if I have three heads and horns lol. People are so judgmental towards us smaller people sometimes, especially if we say we aren't happy being small...it's very disheartening, so it's nice to see something like this made for us. I couldn't imagine telling someone they need to lose weight like people tell me I need to eat a cheeseburger (which I love). Not everyone is trying to lose weight, some of us desperately want to gain it as much as others want to lose it ❤️
Five things made me gain weight smoothies, pancakes, maca powder, noodles and chicken. Went from 65kg to 77KG during the lockdown i use more eggs and butter in my pancakes, tin milk in my smoothies and also eggs and corned beef in my fried noodles. Thanks for the recipe Sisi, I lost about 30% of my weight during the first wave of coronavirus and am struggling to gain that back since. Despite hypothyroidism, I have never been overweight but losing so much was a shock. Besides some other ideas, I liked your recipe and gonna include it in my regular diet. I hope it will help.

I tried this! I’m on day two and I’m telling you it works. I see a difference already. I’ve been using tinned coconut milk (the one for cooking) instead of cows milk and babyyyyyyyy …. I can’t wait till next week 😂😂

@@ndorofemernest-kt3ii Hiya! 😄 …. Well I’ve also been intentional with what I eat during the day. I smash two avocados with sun dried tomatoes and place it on a bagel for breakfast. I also eat a full meal for lunch like Singapore noodles with mackerel or chicken. A curry and rice for dinner. Then I have the shake. Throughout the day I might snack on cashew nuts and cranberries. For the shake, I will put a heaped spoonful of peanut butter, tinned coconut milk used for cooking, a handful of oats, and I will add a fruit like a banana, mango or raspberries! I have this once a day but yesterday I went overboard and had it twice. I don’t think I’ll do that again👀😂

This is what I need for my diet
So I’ve started my weight gain journey again. I was 137 and now I’m 126. I have lost my appetite so eating has been feeling like a chore lately with me trying to pack in the calories. I will start this today and stay consistent. I’ll be back next Monday with a weight update! Wish me luck 🤞🏽

I was using the Serious Mass Gainer before trying this. This!, is amazing. It tastes way better, is healthier, and has the same amount of calories. 600+ calories in one drink. I use regular whole milk instead of curd or greek yogurt because its way too think when i use those. Milk makes its the perfect smoothie. Or u can use almond milk. I also add whipped cream for added sugar and calories. Try it!!!

People tell me I look so skinny, must be nice to be a 00, must weigh 90 pounds soaking wet, etc etc, even though I'm a size 3/4 and am considered healthy for my size...when I tell people I want to gain weight, I get looks as if I have three heads and horns lol. People are so judgmental towards us smaller people sometimes, especially if we say we aren't happy being small...it's very disheartening, so it's nice to see something like this made for us. I couldn't imagine telling someone they need to lose weight like people tell me I need to eat a cheeseburger (which I love). Not everyone is trying to lose weight, some of us desperately want to gain it as much as others want to lose it ❤️

i use more eggs and butter in my pancakes, tin milk in my smoothies and also eggs and corned beef in my fried noodles. Also you have to know where you gain weight, cos some gain in their thighs and ass, others stomach and upper part of their body so becareful

@@jerryigwe7684 I was eating regular food too but I would usually eat this as breakfast or the last thing I eat before going to bed. When I make the pancake mixture it last 4 to 5 days in the fridge. It also helps if you add blood tonic. Tell the pharmacist you want something to boost your appetite
