I want you to know that I've chosen Shaolin Kung Fu over Wing Chun it's not just good for fitness and health it's good and effective for self-defense and fighting oh so you can learn it at any age anywhere
i also recommend bjj
not exactly anywhere, if you live in a small apartment and you can't leave because of covid you can't really do nothing much except push ups
@@ProtoIndoEuropean88 well I live in here in Houston and there are plenty of Shaolin Kung Fu schools besides I plan to become a professional boxer and martial artist in the money that I wouldn't boxing o use it to learn other martial arts but I told myself if I become rich why do I have to travel to learn other martial arts if I can learn them by paying someone

@@ProtoIndoEuropean88 Create space in your living room, try to warn your roommates that you need that space for an hour, take athletic headphones 🎧 and put some music. If you can do push ups , you need 3meters x 3 meters for the rest. If you use your creativity you can be a sifu in a box. Also simulate exercises , forms and the rest to your space.

Its not just what hes doing with hes legs/feet... its the addition of the hands/arms and direction of his torso... pretty much identical to what our Sifu used to make us do... Southern Sui Lam, straight up! I like it!..... Now.... to get my fat ass back out there and doing it!!! LOL
