Yeah, thanks man! I guess it also got much better because it was mainly routines that I've had to practice. Animal flow brings a lot coordination work with it. However I was surprised how far I git in 30 days.

As a 45yo looking to reclaim the fitness I had in my youth this is very inspirational. I don’t want to be just another gym junkie pumping weights and looking for something different. The range of motion, balance and control you developed is amazing. Well done and thank you for sharing the journey

As a 53 year old life long martial artist I’d taken this for granted. However during covid I had to solo train and concentrated on this (gynastica naturel) I think some call it, and callisthenics- I can without doubt say it is the single most effective routine you can do. I actually feel like I am getting younger. Great and inspiring video thankyou.

As I’ve got older, my body and mind have suffered as a result of ignoring the very nature of our bodies. I'm closing in on 60 years old, and this brings back memories. I grew up in the woods, running around like a little heathen. :) But I also received training in martial arts (karate, and eventually Wing Tsun and Hung Gar kung fu). This is very similar to the Kung Fu training to move like animals, without the focus on avoidance, defense, or attack. Very interesting!

    • @grumpyguss

Same, bud. Same. There are more functional ways to do heavy lifts (like kettlebells) if you want those big muscles. Tons of this primal stuff for mobility, kettlebells for mobility-integrated heavier weights and just a couple of "grind lifts" for things like biceps and side delts.

Such an amazing experience! Can relate to it too. I'm a yoga/pilates trainer, but animal flow was a new beginning for me. It has a special basic power of nature, so down to earth. It feels like smth everyone should do and be healthy for ever. I also found it to be perfect training for a child since it's fun, dynamic, extremely effective and it's impossible to do it wrong.

Dude what a find, this looks great! Lots of overlap with things wrestlers do, some Bak Mei Kung Fu, some basic stretching, gymnastics, a little MMA, some functional. This could be the most efficient and effective warmup going. I think after about 20 minutes of this, every cell is going to be ready to go. My current warmup is pretty good, this is likely the next level upgrade.....Just the Bear Crawls alone look like they will do it, I can only do those for about 3 minutes before gassing out. Thanks for posting, I'm going to give it a try.
