      Yeah Im good in martial arts .I remember when i m 13 years old.I m 172 cm and my legs at this age are 2 /3 OF MY BODY.It s not a good morphology for the Wing Chun kung fu.And I m 2 tendinitis at my knees.I go for my first kung fu training and we do 1 hour of pre workout of stretching step squat on the ground etc. I m very flexible at this age but after this pre workout my legs is very stiff and after 1 h of re workout and stretching it s 1 hour of training kick punch etc.I don t can kick very hig my legs is stiff.

    I did Wu Shu training as a kid, and went to compete in the 100th annual Chin Woo competition in Shanghai. It was a spiritual journey to China, but I didn’t know it at the time. I stopped practicing at about 14 years old. But I never stopped wearing Feiyues! I know now that Its because I must take up the practice again! And then I discovered your channel! Thank you 🙏

    If I lived in your country I would be training with you, if you would have me as a student. I have studied martial arts and practiced for 18 years. I have watched many masters. Your videos are thoughtfully created and executed. Your instructions are extremely thorough making it easy for one to follow along with you and train and become in better physical and mental health.     I would really love to win!! I'm 46 and a little out of shape. I always wanted to learn Kung Fu, but there was never a school in my area. I'm a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. If i win, I'd love to learn through your website with my two young daughters...who love Kung Fu from watching on TH-cam!!

      Start studying Tai Chi Ch'uan. Give yourself ten years to study the form. Always include dailey Jam Jong, Standing Chi-Kung.
      Everything is hidden in the form and in standing.

Kung-fu is so much more than fighting skill. It is the skill to succeed in life. The effort you apply in gaining Kung-fu skill gives you the ability to apply the same effort to overcome life. This is why I love Kung-fu.

    Those were the most amazing drills I've seen till today, I'll start practicing then today. I've been following and watching you ever since I started training Kung Fu here in Brazil, I admire the work you do here to teach us for free, thanks for that. You helped more than I can even tell, every tutorial you publish improves my abilities cause your knowledge and my personal efforts are creating amazing skills on me that I hope I can teach others some day.     Kung Fu - Hard Work. Nothing describes it better for me than this. You can spend your whole life trying to master Kung Fu and even if you would never reach it, it wouldn't be a wasted life, rather a fulfilled one. I started training in Martial Arts almost a decade ago, beginning with a Kung Fu style from Vietnam. It changed me, in so many ways. I got calmer, more disciplined and I gained self confidence. My body was feeling better and better over the years. And still, I am 22 right now and I know my journey is far from over, and the learning never stops. Hard work it is indeed and I am looking for ways to learn wherever I can find them. In that case, I would be honored of I'd win to get a chance of training shaolin Kung Fu. However, even if I won't win, I know that there will be always ways to learn more and I'll humbly seek out every master I can find.
    No matter if I win or not, I got a question, I wonder what kind of socks/leg wraps you use. In my Country so far I didn't find any I liked and I would love to hear your Advice.

    You get back what you put in. 50% is the Sifu 50% is you. Excellent little video. Leg days are hard, warm up properly and go and get it.

    Excellent set of exercises even as anyone including myself who practices Taijiquan. Being rooted is key when performing the forms, regardless of Style.

    My friend does Matis Kung Fu , I'm just figuring what martial art I want to learn as I did boxing and enjoyed it. They sent me this video but drill number 4 is foot fire we use to do that in basketball.

    Pretty cool drills, I must say. I'm a Shaolin practicioner myself and found I've been training similarly for almost 10 years by now.
    Can definitely say that this kind of excercises build you iron legs
