    The public needs to know their rights

      If you don't know your rights, you have no rights for ignorance of law which is public knowledge is no excuse according to Law

    Great lecture. This lawyer seems like someone I’d hire, and that’s saying something cause I DESPISE what lawyers represent.

    The defendant is the decedent, so it is easy once we know this is true.
    To write a letter and have it registered by mail does not cost that much does it once we understand
    the Justinian deception. Why employ, anyone, when it is only a letter to be sent in the first place?
    It's all about trust law?

    Daunting yes! Its amazing how a family member can steal from you & the court not treat it as theft.

      I think I know exactly what you're talking about. Sounds like something I went through and I'm still embroiled in but it went way off the rails.

      factssssss! i charged family members for numerous chargers and the courts dismissed my claim because they are family members smh. seem the only way to receive justice agaisnt family members is through a restrining order smh

      @@NJCOP747I saw where you can ask the judge to just for the record clarify on what points did he /she make the ruling or decision they did/ so it’s clear “for the record” this may wake them up that they overlooked some things, and nothing else, gets you ready for appeals

    I'm not a lawyer but from what I've seen the US system is way better than the Australian system.
    As an ENTJ i appreciate the use of codes and clear definitions which the Australian legal system does not have.

    You did an excellent job--boom, boom, boom. How would you motion for summ. judgmnt when due process of law was violated from the beginning, that after the viol of your due process, was then they found something in which to charge you with? How do you tackle that, telling court everything should be voided from moment your DP, was violated?

      Will the judge give them another chance? Like how if one party doesn't show up in court the judge will give another court date....
      Or once they miss the deadline will the judge rule in your favor?

    In a partial summary judgement if the plaintiffs prove the defense broke the law , does the case goto damages or is that part of the case done and the rest goes to trial? There is professional misconduct involved in the partial summary motion.

    Everything is contractual. He's saying you're being sued for breach of contract. " What contract?" YOU ask. The one i just explained.

  • @thomasspringer5187
    @thomasspringer5187 หลายเดือนก่อน

    This question is deceptive. It's not your case. The only time it is your case is when it is your court. The only way you can be put in their case is when YOU consent. You consent when YOU accept the title assigned or simply neglect to respond. Non-responce is acquiescence. It's a game, people. Only YOU haven't been given the rules.

    I proved my case, but didn't win because I was suing a sovereign entity,
    I was right, it's not fair

      Because it’s based on game theory which is the social sciences. There’s a difference between positive and natural law. Also, we are dealing with public and private law. Game theory has to do with bias and prejudice.

    • @tomasgonzalez4819
      @tomasgonzalez4819 ปีที่แล้ว

      Define fair. If you lost how were you right? Did the judge actually say to you that your were right but could not rule in your favor on grounds of sovereign immunity? Doubtful. I suspect your lawyer told you that.

      Going through same thing but the sovereign immunity failed due to 14th amendment. City is claiming hard for immunity but not granted under the grounds which this case is based upon.
