Mother goes to jail for Parental Alienation

  • Healthy parents teach their children independence and self-reliance. But alienating parents foster dependency and vulnerability in their children. Alienators need to be needed.
Healthy parents love their children more than they need their children. But alienators need their children more than they love their children. In younger children alienators sow seeds of fear. In older children they sow seeds of hatred. This ensures the child's undivided love.
Healthy parents teach a child that the world is full of imperfect people who sometimes make mistakes and sometimes disappoint us. But alienators teach a child to see the world in black and white; people are either all-good or all-bad. Any real mistakes an "all-bad" person makes become the entirety of who they are.
Alienators are masters of manipulation, and there are two main subtypes.
Alienators with narcissistic traits (mostly men) are control freaks. They see themselves as perfect and anyone who dares to oppose them as inferior. They speak with charisma and conviction.
Alienators with borderline traits (mostly women) are sympathy freaks. They see themselves as victims and anyone who dares to oppose them as abusers. They speak with passion and drama.
Regardless of the subtype, alienators are very convincing. Most people are duped. And by most people I mean friends, family members, teachers, coaches, counselors, custody evaluators, guardians ad litem, and, of course, their own children.
The end result of all this manipulation is that the child aligns themself almost completely with the alienating parent. There are many reasons for this, and comparisons have been made to Stockholm syndrome/trauma bonding, but I believe a better analogy is that of cults. Whenever the child agrees with, or sympathizes with, or shows devotion to the alienator, then the alienator lavishes them with affection and makes them feel like a million dollars. But if the child ever falters in their devotion, then the alienator responds with the opposite extreme. This is exactly how cult leaders are able to manipulate adults over a period of months. Now imagine a vulnerable child, who has no escape, being conditioned like this their entire life.
The psychopathology underlying parental alienation has been referred to as pathological enmeshment, since the child's personality is basically subsumed by that of the alienator. It has also been called the gatekeeper phenomenon, since the alienator becomes the gatekeeper of the child's heart and mind. Whatever the alienator likes, the child reflexively likes; whatever the alienator hates, the child reflexively hates.
All of this happens long before the divorce, long before the actual alienation. And then, at the time of divorce, when the alienator feels rejected by their spouse, and the alienator fears they might lose the undivided devotion of their children, the actual alienation takes place surprisingly quickly. The gatekeeper simply closes the gate.
This is also why the mental health and legal professionals often get parental alienation cases wrong. They cannot imagine why a child would suddenly reject a normal, loving parent. They fail to recognize that what looks like a warm, close relationship between the child and the favored parent is actually a longstanding form of co-dependency. It's a folie à deux. It's emotional incest.
"Just listen to my child!" the alienator cries to the court. "They'll tell you how inferior/abusive the other parent is!" But it is no longer the child who speaks.
Alienated children grow up hating half of who they are. They are prone to a host of psychosocial problems later in life.
This is why Parental Alienation is NOT a child custody issue.
    It's a child PROTECTION issue.

No it’s not. If the mother makes a claim, it should be investigated. However, when they file false DV cases, the men roll over & say: ‘that’s my child’s mother & I don’t want to stress her anymore’. Notice she tried physical abuse, but was proven a liar. However, the Courts let the female maintain custody (the child will be irrevocably traumatized if they change school or daycare FOH) & this 💩 takes YEARS FOR TO MAKE HIM GIVE UP! They’ll fast track ANYTHING she wants though. It’s JUDICIAL OVERREACH

    • @emilymacabhiocair
      @emilymacabhiocair ปีที่แล้ว

      @@darylrichardson8567 you'll be alright bud.
I totally had a different experience with my case. My child was removed due to a false claim the father made. He was irreversibly traumatized by going from my care to his father's care. It took 9 months for a custody evaluation to be done and in that time my son suffered intense psychological, verbal and mental abuse. When I did get my son back into my care and the father was appropriately charged for his tall tale bullshit and he was required to pay back all the state benefits he stole while he had temporary custody, justice was served for me. But it does not only happen to men when females claim DV. It happens in reverse too.

Not that hard. A tell-tell sign is when kids can’t tell you any details about what their parent is doing to them that is so bad. They can usually tell you why they hate the parent and they can usually tell you how they feel but they almost always struggle with providing any details that led to those feelings. Usually when you ask them enough questions, they’re unable to really describe anything. Or when they do describe it, it doesn’t sound like something that should warrant such a dramatic and emotional reaction.

My ex husband is a narcissist and has tried to do this, luckily I had a great attorney and custody evaluator who were able to show the judge what was really going on. Can't you afford to admit that it's women who handicap their children to tease their fathers? If fathers were given full parental rights and not mothers, the children would then have both parents. Fathers act for the good of their children and find meaning in their lives in this. They understand that children need contact with their mother. It's that simple, but impossible for female judges.

Sorry but the system is very much AGAINST MEN.
In 99% of the cases IT'S THE MOTHER THAT DOES THIS.
      NOT THE FATHER.
Because the mother, unless she's drinking hard and abusing drugs, she's always seen as the better parent.
      My mother almost killed me.
Because this stupid system is designed for Women and not for Men.
Instead of supporting both and giving BOTH the same chances. Men do not get any chances.

      @omalone1169 3 ปีที่แล้ว

@@ashzole Marcus Garvey was wrong. RazorBladeKandy was white. Chinweizu synthesized both their ideas but it was Rollo Tomassi who perfected them. His text The Rational Male currently has far more appeal than the myriad of black nationalist literature already in circulation. It so happens that he published it the same year Tommy Curry challenged the fantasy of male privilege, referring to being a black male as a death sentence .
His The Man Not however was not the first text to address the shortcomings of fem-centric pan-africanism. Nor was his recent 'Decolonising the Intersection' despite highlighting his attempts to emphasise the role of misandry in black female thinking. Chinweizu (Anamtomy of female power) and Shahrazad Ali (The Black Mans Guide) also made similar efforts but it was George Subira (1992) who hit the mark .
Unlike Chinweizu, Subira did not draw upon Esther Vilar's 1976 classic, The Manipulated Man. Unlike most disciplined minds, Subira was an original thinker and one of the first to advocate a programme of economic leadership. Most modern black rhetoricians can offer no such programme or agenda because they are largely victims of black female programming. Their minds were long domesticated meaning they are reduced to reproducing aimless echo chambers almost every time they talk.
Neely Fuller (1957) was not hostage to such conditioning but his programme seems to have a key fault. Despite realising the incredible driving motivating force of sexual expression , he still managed to downplay it's role, especially how it compares to the larger logic of antiblackness and global white terror domination. Although Charles Mills (1997) did indirectly develop his ideas, he neglected to integrate the foundation his own work borrowed from, "The Sexual Contract." (1996)
Neil Postman, like Jeff Schmidtt, was one of the few people capable of making sense of these divergent ideas (much like John Gatto and Jan Matthews were two of those rare individuals with the pieces of the puzzle.) Conventional panafrikanism doesn't even realise there is a jigsaw to be solved. It has a distorted conception of itself because it views the world through a damaged lens incapable of accountability and self-reflection.
PanAfrikanism will not produce any quick results either because unlike Chinweizu, Subira and Curry, it still refuses the interrogate and recognise the role of women in sabotaging the afrikan agenda. Texts like Addicted to White work towards this, only, in this age of intersectional confusion and fragmented voices in the wind, it isn't necessary to silence this perspective; it is enough just to drown it out. Jacques Ellul and Guy Debord surely foresaw this tragic arrangement, when few others could.
Men have been fooled, black and white. It is no longer a question of race-first but male first, if not black-male first at the very least. Men are going to have to muster the clarity and courage to challenge the corporate-feminine regime dominating their "emptied" lives. If anything is to be redeemed black thinkers will need to prioritise the black pill and realise that the fundamental question of what it means to be a woman is as urgent as the need to ask what it means to be white.

A family member was in this situation. My brother-in-laws ex-wife never missed an opportunity to attempt to turn their daughter against him. He, on the other hand took the high road and refused to sink to her level. It took about 10 years for my niece to mature to the point that she saw her mom's behavior for what it was. She and her dad now have a very happy and loving relationship.

Exactly what happened to me. Taking the high road was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life, but I did it for 18 years while having to share joint custody with a man who actively worked to alienate our daughter from me every day he spent time with her. When she reached about 14-15 she started to realize what he was doing. By 18 she was fully disgusted with him and has barely spoken to him in over 2 years. These psychos don’t realize that kids grow up and realize that you’ve used and manipulated them, instead of the being their protector and safe person. It’s disgusting.

My mum did a number on alienating my 4 siblings and I from our dad. When I was in my late teens, I reached out to my dad. I needed to know if all she said was truth or lies. His side of the story was completely different. Everything, from trying to fight for visitation and custody of us. To what happened to Christmas, Birthday presents he had sent. letters, pictures etc...,
It took a few years of hard emotions to sort through it all from all 3 sides of this. My mum's, my dad and my own. My siblings, they will have to find their own truth in this mess.
I finally made peace with my dad and was rebuilding what was destroyed and lost. 2 years later he died of a stroke. I thank Lord JESUS for the time to make amends and to find peace through forgiveness. I will cherish the last years of his life as my dad.

The manipulation, bullying and the practice of not following the sentencing of the court's ruling is why children TODAY are DISFUNTIONAL. The judge didnt give a rats ass about the father or the mother's feelings or believes but only the welfare of those children. Eventually, those children will see with their own eyes the truth of it all and as s divorced father of a 28 year old son. I WILL PROMISE YOU, those children will EVENTUALLY HATE their mother....Do you get it ? DO YOU GET IT ? So before you write gibberish on social media that this judge separates families, just realize that CHILDREN are not negotiable regards who the mothrrs are. PERIOD ! And if this case went to the news THEN GOOD......It was the mothers fault for having bad choices and its why the Judge made her decision. This is a wakeup call for all custodial mothers who think they may have the write to control, mistreat the father of their children buy manipulating the society and by using the children to get what she wants illegally. There was a very similar case in Australia last year, where a woman ran off with her two kids (making the usual abuse allegations against the father) and stayed in hiding for 3 years. She was eventually discovered living at her mother's place, having moved back when her mother developed cancer. The law charged the older woman for subverting the course of justice by hiding her daughter and grandchildren and both women were arrested and charged. The grandmother got 1 year in jail and the mother is serving 3 years. The children now live with their father. That's justice.

She's been deceased since 2010 but the wounds I find were all inserted during my formative years. I could see she was an ill person when I began my teens but it was no shield for what had already been done. My hope that others who encounter these highly disturbing demons can endure and realize what had been cast on them wasn't their fault which is one of the main crippling beliefs that come with it. I now have a better idea of what some elderly have been coping with that makes them look so socially awkward and some probably don't realize the source.

splodgenessabounds In America, the present court system allows for 50/50 custody in most cases. The party making the highest salary is generally mandated to pay child support. Many times, that is the female. So, in America it has become advantageous for the man to be the alienator. Either way...male or female...it is abusive.

    • @procrastinator9
      @procrastinator9 7 ปีที่แล้ว +12

I've seen court decisions that appear fair and unbiased but the enforcement of the ruling and the protection of the father's legal rights are often times lacking unless he pressures the system (at great personal expense) to grant him equal protection not only on paper but in practice. The system often times does not care if the mother defies court orders. Enforcement of those orders will only be enacted if the father pushes hard for it. I would wager that was the case for this Zucki family. I'd guess she would have gotten away with it if the father hadn't pressured the court to enforce it's own laws.

procrastinator9. I saw first hand what you're talking about with my cousin. He would go to his kid's house (she had custody) on his day. He would drive 75 miles, get there at 9 a.m. Saturday morning as agreed upon but no one would be home. His ex would take the kids out for breakfast and shopping and video games or even a movie. They would get back at noon or after, and my cousin waited outside the entire time. His ex came to his door with a police officer once because she wanted to tuck the kids in, at his house. But in reality she wanted to "take a look" at what he had. During his scheduled 2 weeks in the summer is when his ex would schedule his son and daughter to go to summer camp, so he only got one week with them. When he was finally fed up, he took her back to court. The outcome was the judge finally told his ex that if she didn't abide by both the letter and spirit of the custody agreement, then my cousin would get custody, and she would be paying him child support. The ex-wife caused an outburst over this and the judge told her to sit down or he would find her in contempt. The ex-wife's Lutheran minister dad told her in open court to "sit down and shut-up".
This kind of thing happens all the time, and rarely do the mom's have to answer for it. But let that child support the dad's have to pay be one day late and all hell breaks lose......

Parental Alienation should be considered by courts for as little as 1 lost day of visitation and after a warning a second offense should require mandatory community service or a night in jail. The only acceptable reason to not allow visitation is when the child would be in danger and should require a report to child protective services or police if the parent does not allow visitation based on safety for child. Without filing a report they should always be found in contempt and face a punishment.

Not true. I have known both dads and moms who have gotten their children despite their history of manipulation and abuse. Those evil people who have made lifelong careers of manipulation and lies are extremely good at what they do and often pull the wool over the judge's eyes. This is done easily because the offending parent doesn't care about the long term effects it may have on their children, so they hold back nothing and spare no tricks. It seems that the people who are willing to do these thing, whether male or female are generally the ones who win.

@@carbonf2051 I agree with you.. I was this child, My mother did not receive custody in the divorce, and she was very bitter because of it. She ended up taking me and my sister to Colorado for about six months alienating us completely from my father. She would always tell us that my father chose my brother over the two of us, but the reality is, she took us when we got out from school without notifying my father. The only reason she did not take my brother was because He usually got home about the same time as my father and he would’ve already picked up on her idea by then. Well about six months after we left Texas my father had invested thousands of dollars into private investigators to find us. The only way they found us was because at the time we were at my aunt and uncle house and My dad got in contact with my uncle. He threatened to press charges against them for knowing we were being withheld from him and choosing to let it happen. So they gave him their address and the next day my father was there. I can honestly say that was the happiest day of my life. I thought my father had given up on me, little did I know he could hardly sleep every night not knowing his children were safe. He worked everything out, and I can not ask for a better father. But, in the end my mother lost everything. Not only did she lose her connection with her children, but she was charged just like this woman and it will be on her record for the rest of her life. I am now 23, it has been about 11 years since all of this occurred. My mother calls me maybe twice a year.. but I’ve ignored her ever since. The only time I speak to her is when I am forced to by dad. A lot of people tell me I need to let it go, find peace with it. Much easier said than done. As far as I’m concerned, she was never a mother to me. She always had her self interest above ours and it seems the only reason she reaches out so that she could know that we are not mad about it anymore. Well I am, and I will never forgive her.
Sorry I know this is a lot I just haven’t vented about this situation an it builds up.

I think this thought process must occur for people who have experienced extreme physical abuse of some kind. It kind of makes them crazy and they are much more lenient on some people instead of others and don't think objectively. And I think people who have this experience are attracted to jobs like being policemen or possibly judges. They like to have the authority to punish criminals.

I even agreed to pretty much 50/50 even though it literally sent me into a bad depression bc I wasn’t used to not being with my boys… the separation for me, was horrible. But it’s not about me… it’s about them. We suffer so they don’t. And we don’t let them see that suffering. We don’t put them in the middle. I explain to them that crying is ok, it’s ok to be sad bc I would cry and they would sometimes see… but I never tell him why. I never talk bad about their father. Meanwhile, the father literally beat her in front of the kid and emotional rages and outburst from him were a norm, including in front of the child. He was subjecting the child (4 years old at the time) to violence and emotional abuse regularly, and her Pick-Me mother thought she was a 'good person' for not thinking about trying to get sole custody. Both parents failed the child, the father for his violence and immaturity, and the mother for putting her obsession with appeasing him and society over protecting her daughter.

In this case, I strongly believe it was caused by a mother who didn't love her children or anyone else because she is a pathological narcissist who didn't get her way. Narcissists' behaviors are what "evil" is based on in the movies. If a narcissist can't control you, they will try to control what everyone else thinks of you.

Right because men have the ability to decide when and if a child is born... and I know what you going to say. "Well you can decide who to sleep with".
I wonder how that would go over if I said that to a woman complaining about a deadbeat dad...

I didn't say it wouldn't apply... it definitely would... I said how it would go over... as in how people would react. Most look at it as me trying to make excuses for men being deadbeats.

Very emotional . . I feel this father's pain, as well as the children's. Thank God the children were found and have a chance to heal from this trauma. I pray for the family as a whole, as well as those families that are still alienated. God bless Judge Asphaug!!!

This happened to my ex-husband as a young child. He was kidnapped to another state by his bio mom. Then when they were found, his mom cried “abuse” and had her other children lie about it to justify her actions. My ex-husband got put into foster care and an orphanage while they fought it out for an entire year. Absolutely nothing happen to the woman for kidnapping him and abusing him. Then, she repeated the same thing with 2 other men and 2 other sets of children. There needs to be MUCH MUCH harsher punishment for this type of crap. The damage inflicted on children who are kidnapped and hidden is lifelong. And they get nothing or a slap on the wrist! Ridiculous.
