      There are 3 factors in weight loss - exercise, diet, and motivation.
      One plan I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Trevs trim formula (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the most helpful diet that I have ever heard of.
      look at the before and after photos and incredible reviews.

    I will never understand not liking water- it tastes so good & refreshing! No need to flavor it, though fruit infused is nice as a treat. I'm drinking water all the time and regularly get about 3 liters per day - especially if I exercise that day. I get so thirsty if I don't drink enough, and super grumpy too!

      Well everyone's taste buds are different. I hated water for at least 15 years of my life but then I forced myself to eat/drink healthier and now I somewhat like it.

      I certainly don't drink 3 liters of water a day, but now that I've started paying attention to how much water I'm drinking, I've definitely started enjoying water a lot more.

    This video is AMAZING! The first step I took in my weight loss journey was to stop those fad diets & I'm so glad I did!! Also, my mind set in the whole journey has been keep eating what I enjoy, but portion it out. If I'm feeling like something sweet, I'll have it, but I won't go out of control! It's the best feeling in the world. I've had a battle with food my whole life, and I love that I'm finally getting control! Thank you for all you do to help everyone!! 💚

    I am so excited about watching your videos. They have helped me so much already. I love how real you are and sharing your personal experience. You look healthy, and happy. Thanks for sharing your story. I went through big-skinny-big weight fluctuation my whole life. I am going through “big” right now. I want to do better & you have encouraged me to do so. Thanks for the boost & not making me feel shameful, but feel positive & ready to do better. I am 5’4” and 165 pounds. Heaviest I’ve ever been. I love how in one of your videos you said “smile.” even in your before picture. Thanks for the help. I’ve got my before picture ready/I’m ready to see the after.

    Great video! I'm trying the 80/20 plan. 80% of the time I'm eating healthy during the week and 20% cheat meals which is 3 cheat meals during a week. I also notice that if I skip breakfast I eat more at lunch and dinner and usually not that great of choices!

    Love this video! I can always tell a difference in my body when I haven't drank enough water. This summer I bought a water infuser pitcher and have loved trying a bunch of different combos of fruits (lime, cumber, and mint is my fave), its such a fun way to spice up your water.

    According to the Internet I'm 50 lb overweight according to my BMI (although I have never had a doctor say anything about my weight) and one of my biggest pet peeves about "losing __lb pounds!" is the fact muscle weighs a lot more than fat. So if you're trying to lose weight and you're doing a diet and exercise then sizing your weight lose solely by how much you weight will sort of back fire.
    I feel like thats what discourages a lot of people from losing weight is when they work hard and gain weight back not knowing it's probably weight from their muscles.

  • @JorgenVRC

    Thank you, this is the best advice I've ever seen on the Internet. I'm saying this as a person who struggled with bulimia and compulsive overeating, so I'm pretty much obsessed with researching nutrition. I couldn't agree more with every piece of advice you gave here :)

    Mixing up workouts! I hate running, I wish I didn't but I know it will help me lose the weight. Maybe if I stopped focusing SO MUCH on getting a run in and incorporated some sort of workout everyday, I will be more likely to workout

  • @melzishere
    @melzishere 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Yea I totally agree with the exercises. I use to watch your workout videos almost everyday for like two months and found myself getting bored after awhile, so now I try to switch it up by walking or doing other exercises. my only thing is I have been breaking my diet and find myself eating junk...especially when I got to restaurants with friends or family..

    • @LoveSweatFitness

    I definitely need to focus on incorporating more protein. I'm not a huge meat fan so focusing on non meat sources is probably a goal I need to seriously consider!

  • @daniellenire8518
    @daniellenire8518 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Love this! I need to work on a couple of these. 1. I've never been into fad diets. 2. I've always been horrible at staying hydrated, and now that I'm a mother of 2 I often forget to drink or eat, so this is #1 for me to work on. 3. I've never been a desert skipper, in fact I tend to indulge daily...oops. So I need to work on limiting desert portions. 4. I've been working hard on getting enough protein every meal. Do you follow the '1 gram protein per 1lb of weight' suggestion for protein consumption? 5. I've also been working on doing a variety of workouts such as Hiit videos, walking, yoga. I can't wait to have time to go to the gym and start lifting as well. Thanks for the video! Loved all the tips and can't wait to see how these changes will affect my goals.

    I was trying to think back to where & why did I start having a piece of dark chocolate after my last meal. Such a mind warp. I never did it before. So I’m trying to change my thought process too. I never liked sweets and then I gave up alcohol all together and all the sudden I craved sugar, which is my body naturally detoxing. Thank you for all your tips 💗

    I love eating greek yogurt as dessert! I'll add some gluten free granola and some fruits on top and it tastes heavenly. After you get accustomed to eating yogurt/fruit for dessert you start to not like overly sweet things like ice cream and cake or brownies, etc.

    This was very helpful. The biggest thing I have to work on is drinking enough water everyday. I'll go for two or three days of drinking plenty of water and then the next day I'll hardly drink any 😔 I loved how you explained how to check if we are getting enough water.

    HI KATIE! Thank you for this wonderful video.. I think for me, the hardest tip to follow would be the balance meals or food. I don't really eat a lot everyday or make bad choices, but I'm not sure if I can set up my own food meal because my mom is usually the one who plans the meals every week and I feel bad if we have to spend extra for my own food... I really want to create my own meal plan, but at the moment-financially-i feel like it's impossible for me. What I do instead is to cut back the food I eat, especially with carbs and sweets ( I don't restrict myself because, it's really true about the craving and I also don't want to deprive myself)..
    I'm slowly getting back to my workouts, one week of planning at a time, and I plan to slowly add more discipline to my meals everyday. Like now, I try to eat like a half cup of rice only in the morning or when I have sweets I will have it at morning or lunch to avoid extra sugar at night. I feel like, in the long run, if I get used to it and my body - it will make big changes with my habit and diet too.

    I LOOOOOVE this! Especially the part about not skipping dessert. Thankfully I've never had much of a sweet tooth. I love me some dark chocolate. But I feel like this is so applicable in all areas of diet. I always try to be realistic with myself and my habits, so that I'm making sustainable life changes. I kind of cringe when I see people cut tons of foods out of their diets and eat insanely healthy because I know that while that's awesome, it probably won't last long. Eventually the goal is to find as many healthy substitutions as possible, but I've learned that it's a process. Thank you so much for this video. It really inspired me to keep going at a steady pace, and be honest yet patient with myself. xoxoxo

    a great way to work out is dancing even though it's the same thing by dancing to different songs we use different movements and and also by listening to different music it's like we are doing a new work out every time. My eating habits aren't good I love my simple carbs but by dancing I maintain my figure also I drink a lot of water. Try dancing for a fun full body workout♡

    I have struggled to lose that last bit of fat around my body after a 2 year weight loss journey. And I realised I'm eating too few calories a day, I'm consuming 950 calories a day only! So this, combined with working out and I get a weight loss stall. Recently I have started to add almond butter to my porridge to boost my healthy fats and calories and I hope my fat loss journey can come to an end and I can go into maintenance ❤️

    What do you think of juice cleanses and vegans?

    • @Baby_boo_boo
      @Baby_boo_boo 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Vegens are Compleatly healthy as long as they eat protein like nuts and things instead of meet and juice cleanses I wouldn't recommend but as long as your putting a bit of everything in the Juice it's fine

    • @LoveSweatFitness
      @LoveSweatFitness  8 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      So veganism can be healthy when people do it right. Unfortunately, it is really hard for most people to know how to get the right balance of carbs, proteins and fats on a vegan diet. I personally think it's best to try to eat a much plant based foods as you can and stick to lean proteins like fish or chickens more often than not.

    Thank you for this video! I love the light pink lipstick that you wear in most of your videos! I've been looking for a shade just like that! What shade is it, if you don't mind me asking?

    Love your attitude!
    I love drinking (home carbonated) water with basil or rosemary or lemon in there. As for the chocolate, I just found a delicious brand called Giddy YoYo. I'm a milk chocolate person, but these are delicious, satisfying and they're Not Bitter. I'm amazed.
    Thank you for the tips!

    I do a carb free lifestyle the thing is that you need carbs most just eat good carbs that came from meat and beans not the bad ones that come from bread and sugar.

    #LoveSweatFitness. Just started the dietbet with you. Really need the motivation. Being postmenopausal and 57 it seems that nothing I do gets this weight to budge. I am hoping this will be the kick start I need. Love how calm your new space looks. Can you share what paint and color you used? Thanks

    would you suggest working out every day? or 4-5 days a week? what do you do?

    • @LoveSweatFitness
      @LoveSweatFitness  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I workout 6 days a week and usually take a rest day. If you're just starting out, I think 4-5 days is awesome!!
