This is so random but I always crave sugary cereal at night. Like, just a big ‘ol bowl of Froot Loops really makes my mouth water. 🤣 Thanks for all these tips, and your moment of confession totally brought tears to MY eyes while riding my stationary bike. You are an inspiration, truly.
Katie - thank you for always being willing to be so vulnerable. Authenticity is such a powerful quality, and it's what keeps me and so many others coming back to your channel 🤍
Such a hard emotional moment, I was bulimic for years. I have come a long way, but I would be lying if I said I didn't still struggle with it from time to time. I love how honest you are you are such an amazing influence and inspiration. ❤
So touching and inspiring Katie, thanks for your honesty. It's still so rare unfortunatly to hear things like "you should snack more" "you can eat carbs at each meal and get defined abs". I started a new journey with food last year and still going through it today and I love it. I learn everyday. And what I really want to focus on is that I dont (we dont) have to eat less to have a healthy and strong body. I'm even starting to understand that regarding what I'm doing I need to eat more (good food, of course) to reach my goals and this is still so weird and crazy to me to even say this. I hate it when people use the expression "cheat meal" or say "carrots cant be eaten when you try to lose weight because it's too sugary" (yes, I heard that recently and I was so shocked haha). Food is not the enemy as you said it's our magic fuel, our friend. There is still a lot of education that needs to be made about nutrition :) I really appreciated this video :) Love from France
It’s comforting to know I’m not alone. Sometimes with social media I think some of these women never struggle with food. They only show the perfect meals with the perfect macros. It’s nice to know I’m not alone with my relationship with food. Thank you for sharing ❤️
I struggled with anorexia for about two years and I feel like after 8 years, I sometimes still struggle with it. You are very inspiring to me and I love listening to all your videos ( learning it's ok to eat more to fuel your body and learning to show love to yourself)
Katie, Thank You for being here, helping all of us...you are are a shining warm light in this crazy world full of darkness! I know that sounds so dramatic, but that is how I feel...so I am sharing it!😽☕💕
Thank you Terra! I know I wish I had a community like this when I first started and it's truly my passion to help make this easier for every other woman.
This is the first time I’ve stopped in my tracks and looked at you you appreciation for sharing a moment of truth and vulnerability. Thank you for being real and inspiring viewers.
I used to be so jealous of people who are able to throw up bc I never could! But that’s a crazy way of thinking!! So thankful for your channel bc I’m really learning how to have a healthy mindset with food!
Katie, today is the first day I have ever been close to considering purging after a binge, and I just knew I had to look for your latest video for inspiration and I have to say, this helped me tremendously. I don’t want to feel that guilt. I want to be better. And I’m so grateful you could share this with us, and be vulnerable, because it just saved me from going down that road. I appreciate you so much.
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU. Thanks so much for sharing this. It’s so much more common than anyone thinks, but no one seeks help because you’re taught to be ashamed... Thank you for offering vulnerability, support, and tools. You’re wonderful. 💕
Thank you so much for this. I've always struggled with food and my weight. In most recent years I've struggled with attempts to eat "clean" and feeling guilty and crying when I don't. Your videos have helped in shifting my mindset. Thank you.
I stopped counting calories after about a year after I started doing your fitness challenges and buying pretty much all of your guides. Over time, a lot of the recipes have become my staple foods. But I still struggle at times so it was a good reminder to eat healthy snacks and not try to restrict myself.
Yeah! You don't have to stick strictly to them, sometimes I like to try away and reward myself or use another just-as-good alternative. I'm going to give you the link to the nutrition/food blog for more ideas!! lovesweatfitness.com/blog/nutrition/
Thank you for all your videos. I’ve always struggled gaining and then losing weight. And the worst part is how some people will praise you for losing but then look at you like you failed when you gain. Terrible. I started to realize I would binge a lot because I was to restrictive. Now watching your videos I am trying to have that healthy balance and just enjoy food. That I don’t need to burn a certain amount of calories to enjoy chips or fries when I want it once in a while. Thank you for making all these inspiring videos!
Exactly!! You are so right!! Also, the stigma around gaining weight is so wrong too!! We can have healthy weight like muscle build!! Keep up the great work! 💖
Katie I appreciate sharing your vulnerability with us all. What you’ve grown through and conquered is a testimony to us all!! 💕💕💕 love love love this vlog so much!!!!
Aw, Katie! I just wanted to cry with you and give you a big hug! ❤️ It takes courage to be so open like that. Thank you for being real with us! We all struggle with something. After a lot of crazy life events this year, I’m struggling to get back into my workout routine and eating more mindfully. Your videos and Insta posts encourage me to keep going! ❤️ Blessing to Ryan and you! 💕
Thank you so much for your kind words. They mean so much to me. I'm so glad you can find ways to be encouraged and keep going!! This community is amazing!! 🤩
After six children and years of cutting carbs to lose weight and just putting more back on I am finally feeling like I'm getting control of my eating. I've watched a few of your videos this past month and you really helped me to see food as fuel rather than just something to enjoy because I'm hungry. It has truly helped! I still have a long way to go until I reach my goals and it's taking longer than what I want but I'm hopeful that my goals will be reached this time! Thank you
Could you do a video about eating out of boredom? I really struggle with that. I think one of the reasons I binge on the weekend is (not always) but I have lazy times on the couch or watching TV and I just want to eat at those times and do something w/my hands.
Thank you for always spreading your light. I truly appreciate how open and honest you are about these difficult subjects. I struggled with that guilt cycle and making myself purge for a time as well. And I know so many other women do too.
I'm so sorry for what you have gone through! Thank you for sharing and being open with all of us. My weight loss journey is a part of my self love journey. At times it hasn't been easy to go through my past in order to heal. Thanks for inspiring me to continue on!!
Katie wow. Thank you for sharing your story. You are literally the only fitness influencer that I have connected with and who has motivated me. I have struggled for years about my body and joining LSF as changed me life. Your story and vulnerability sounds so much like mine and it makes me hopeful. I’m so grateful for you and for this community ♥️
This is so so vulnerable and inspiring. I've been struggling with food recently and this really helped to shift my mindset and look at everything in a healthier way.
Thank you for being so real and honest about your struggles!! 💞It makes those of us who have had those struggles or who are currently struggling with those guilty feelings, vicious cycles, and harming our bodies not feel alone. Sending love to you and all those out there struggling. Katie is absolutely right - it is about learning to honor and love our bodies and ourselves for who and where we are at now and know with that . . . progress will come with that mindset and using these healthy tips and tools. 😊💐
Love this 💛 my recent thought process on portion control and allowing myself to eat "bad foods" has totally changed the game. If I allow myself to have a bite or two, I tend to savor it more and realize just why it needs to be more of a little treat vs a MEAL and move on. Love everything about you and your channel. Thank you!!!
Katie, What an inspiring story. You are so beautiful inside and out. Always vulnerable enough to share your stories to help others. This is a great video. Keep inspiring!
I've followed you for so many years and I've agreed with most of your content except when you say words like detox and what not but .. this one video really stood out to be as I started my journey in January and it's a struggle. Thank you for being so open and honest. I felt all the emotions while in the bubble bath. You are amazing and I definitely fell more in love with your channel and I'll be sharing with a friend who's also on her journey with me. 🥰
Thank you for sharing such a raw & real struggle so many women have!! I struggled with disordered eating for a while, and thankfully am on the other side. You & LSF have helped me see food as fuel, and also allows me to kick those cravings with Hanger Bombs & other delish snacks! ❤️ Thanks again for being so honest & open with us!
Thank you for sharing your story as well!! So many woman do go through this and don't even know how harmful it can be to themselves!! However, thank you for all your love and support and YASS those hanger bombs!! So delicious 💕
Loved this one! Thank you for being vulnerable and real with us. I think we can often compare ourselves to someone else’s place in life & think we’re doing something wrong. We all need to be graceful with ourselves and run our own race.
Katie, thank you so much for sharing your story. This hit home and honestly I know so many women secretly struggle with these things which is awful. Sometimes I feel guilty for eating French fries or wanting ice cream. I'm learning to recognize that I can treat myself and enjoy it or if I really just need to eat an make a smoothie. Most of the time I'm just hungry and the smoothie satisfies me. This is definitely a weight loss hurdle I have to take day by day.
You're so right Courtney, it's not talked about openly enough and I feel like most women struggle with it in some way. There can be many reasons we crave foods, but the good news is, as we build a healthier lifestyle/habits, you can do it all w/ balance.
Man, I totally had a period of purging as well. I think it's so wonderful to be in a place now where I won't do that anymore. That was such a dark time of my life that I can't hardly believe I was there... Thank you for sharing this vulnerable memory.
I am brand new to this channel, but I want to get defined abs too, so I clicked on. Thank you for sharing your story and not editing it out. I used to binge and take laxatives because I was in a sad place in my life, but thankfully I stopped that a few months into it. Im looking forward to seeing all your healthy content. And by the way, Im really glad you don’t count macros either. Its so tedious!
Yes focusing on all those macros and such is like a mind game!! I'm so glad you found the LSF community!! I have sooo much more on my Blog too!! Here is a link! lovesweatfitness.com/blog/
I couldn’t agree more with you said!!! I Thankyou for being painfully truthful about your struggles. I do my best to not label food as good or bad as well . I have a daughter and really want her to understand balance when it comes to eating . Focusing on nutrient rich foods . Great content !!!
Sending so much love! Thanks for opening up and sharing your personal journey! I can 100% relate and I've been through the same struggles. Life is too short! It's all about loving yourself and your body!
Omg girl! Thank you for sharing this and I’m sending you a big hug! I’ve been there as well. Growing up a dancer and performer I knew how bad throwing it back up was for you so I even felt more guilty about that! 🤦🏼♀️ I know that counting macros isn’t for everyone but counting them and making smarter healthier choices by adding fruits and veggies to every meal is what has truly helped me. Following you, making healthy swaps or being conscious about my next meal and doing the programming in the app for about 2 months I have lost almost 10lbs! Thank you for being real and raw with us! You are truly a blessing and I am so grateful for your mission and purpose!
Lovee this video and love that you're not promoting restrictive eating and unhealthy habits! sugar and carbs are not the enemy, it's all about moderation and making healthy alternatives while snacking! 🙌🏻💞
Thank you for sharing your stories & your struggles. You are a real person & a very strong woman. We appreciate you being so real. Hugs to you .you look amazing & as a fitness instructor I feel your pain.
Some people don’t like to track their food but this was a critical step for me in learning how to eat and how much to eat. I learned a lot about nutrition by tracking on my fitness pal and understanding macros which allows me to eat intuitively now. Snacking doesn’t work for me but works for some. Intermittent fasting was a game changer for me as well. I too focus on ensuring my meals have protein, healthy fats and fiber (low carb works best for me) and I make sure to eat until satiated (this is important). I don’t eat meat but do eat seafood and eggs. A healthy relationship with food starts with understanding it and it’s nutritional content, you can eat a lot of healthy foods and feel full which curbs cravings, also once you start eating healthy, your body will not want foods that aren’t as healthy. Peace and love ladies, knowledge is the key to life. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Katie, this is SUCH a good video. Thank you so much for being so vulnerable, raw, open, and courageous and sharing your journey with us. It is so helpful. When we know we are not alone, it is like magic in itself. And being on this journey together, with someone who has been so successful at it and who is providing such valuable tools and information, guidance, and encouragement is invaluable. You are such an inspiration. Thank you. P.S... My eyes welled up with tears with you. ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much for sharing the harder side of things. It’s feels so good to not feel alone in this ❤️. So motivating, you made me realize I need to change my mindset. Thank you so much!
Yes!! I had the same issues with the cravings! When I noticed that sugar was in everything, it was a complete renovation of the foods I bought. I started switching my sweet tasting items, like what I put in my daily coffee, with erythritol and stevia. That way when I actually wanted candy or desert, it was a choice to put the sugar in my body. It really helped the cravings and made me more aware of the other ingredients in foods.
I’ve lost 35lbs this past year and I still have carbs, and treats! It’s been about learning balance! I struggled with these things also (and still do at times.) I tried all the fad diets and cutting out foods completely and it never worked because I could never stick to that, and as soon as I would have a “bad” food, I would feel so guilty. I had to learn better portions and balance. 💖 I love treats and baking, now I just do it once a week or so instead of every day. ☺️
Katie, thank you sharing your story and being open and vulnerable. So many people need to be educated on being healthy and not just thin. I struggle with snacking when stressed, especially at work. It's so easy to grab a bag of chips or a bag of candy and before you know you've practically finished it off at the end of a work day 😩 Easy meal prep snacks for work would be really helpful. As much as i like the hanger bombs, variety is key to staying on track in my opinion. Thank you for all you do ❤
Thanks for sharing and for showing us your vulnerability. It is not easy to put yourself out there like that on social media, and I am sure that someone will watch this and feel connected. Thanks again for being you.
I needed this reminder today... I'm about to turn 36 next month and feel puffier than I was a year ago. I was about to start Monday cutting my carbs and limiting what I'm eating etc. I think its time to understand what I'm fueling my body with and buy the hot body meal guide 🥰
100%! I love the HBMP because it makes it so so simple. I always felt like when I tried to figure it out on my own, I'd be all over the place. Can't wait for you to get started!
girl, i hear you! i’m 40, i had binging episodes after my post-baby to cope with stress and now my bestie who’s same age as me has anorexia. i think post baby we become more conscious and the pressure to bounce back is real! but we literally have to focus on food as fuel and aid us to accomplish more versus looking at it as making us lose ourselves . my goal now is to accept my body as much as i can and reduce stress.. losing fat would just be a bonus 🥰 so let’s enjoy the carbs but not overdo it! happy mom, happy life 😄
Love your honesty💛 so easy to take our bodies for granted and our health (mental and physical) and sometimes hard to remember that food is fuel and not an emotional escape
Love that you were so honest in this video, those emotions are so raw and I can totally relate to the overwhelming guilt, especially with Hashimotos... People really don't understand how frustrating it can be to not see the scales move. I totally agree, cutting out whole food groups isn't good for our hormones and ultimately will hinder long term health goals. I learnt this lesson the hard way, and now I'm on a journey to healthy relationships with food - to feel good in my body. Thanks for sharing! 💜
I found out I had hypothyroidism last year and I did loose 10 pounds once my thyroid levels were adjusted with my medications but recently levels went crazy again and i gained 5 pound overnight literally overnight !!!!! my meds dosage was adjusted but I can't loose weight !!!! I don't know what im doing wrong im trying to find my right place with this hypo thing 😑 listening to you and seeing you gives me hope that one day all the running and workout will be reflected on my body
Thank you for sharing this! I’m still on my fitness journey but I too was at a low point and feeling guilt constantly. It’s comforting to know I’m not the only one who once felt that way. You’ve also added a lot of amazing tips in this video and can’t wait to incorporate them myself
Thank You for opening up ❤️ Your okay hun. Being raw is awesome. 🤩 I used to binge eat, quickly and a LOT! Now that my mind is better and I view food in a healthy way! I am enjoying healthy food, and I don’t get sick like I do if I eat even preservatives or gluten. I get very very sick when I eat badly. I didn’t even know it was the food that made me feel sick. I thought that was normal for me, I was wrong. But didn’t realize it until I became healthier. I’m very proud of you for taking these healthy steps. ❤️ And yes there is good and bad foods. Just eat 80-90% good. :) but I state this because some of the things in our food are not for human consumption.
Brave you to always share and make this work you do for us so personal, vulnerable and real. Glad you got out of that Katie! And can help others who may struggle to that point too. Very important message, good on you :)
Katie thank you for being so transparent and vulnerable! I love it when influences are raw and real cause sometimes that doesn’t always happen. One of my biggest craving is sugar and I’ve tried making the hangerbombs but they didn’t set and harden following the recipe from the gutless nutrition guide. Any recommendations would be great 👍
Always going to be real and open with all of you! Ohh hmm try leaving them in the fridge a bit longer or check your measurements, may be too much of something.
I relate so much to how you were before. You’ve inspired me to do better and improve my relationship with food. I also purchased your 14 day meal plan last night. Day 1 was great! Thanks for making great content!🌸
TOTALLY agree with the logging of calories - i don't want to get into this either BUT everywhere seems to state that you have to be in a CALORIE DEFICIT to 'get results' or to have 'defined abs' so how would you get around this without calorie counting?
Thank you for being brave enough to share! I struggle with bulimia as well and developed binge eating after my weight loss journey. I wish people wouldn't promote the standard American diet because most of us who do it end up developing binge eating. I then found out that I do have an addiction to food so I struggle with several different eating disorders. it's really hard but I take it one day at a time and I never give up even when I do have bad days I always keep fighting. And I can't wait to get to a place like you where it's a part of my past 😁.
Thank you for sharing your story!! I love your determination in regards to taking to one day at a time and aiming for those times to be your past!! Keep it up!! 💖
@@LoveSweatFitness Thank you😁! Thank you for your kind words. And thank you for your videos. I love watching People's wellness journeys and watching them be productive it's very inspiring and motivational.
How do I get the recipe for the bombs? I am hypothyroid and have eliminated gluten, sugar. Added more whole foods. Walking and strength training. Still having trouble losing weight.
Sticking with it is the big challenge, no question! Once you find that nutrition lifestyle that really works for you, wow you realize it was worth all the struggles.
@@LoveSweatFitness absolutely, I can’t wait to see where I am by the end of the year. This journey has been so much learning about myself and it feel good!💛
Katie, thank you so much for sharing, I totally understand where you are coming from, struggling myself with similar issues. Your honesty is amazing and very helpful. I love your blogs and videos and can't wait for any new one. THANK YOU
So many of us have been there too, it's actually really nice to see how many others are/where in the same spot as yourself. Doesn't make it feel better at the time, but not being alone is powerful.
Thank you for always sharing so much of yourself with us, Katie! 💗 I needed this message today! I struggled years ago with body image and it can definitely creep back in! You remind me to focus on how strong my body is and how important it is to fuel it properly! 💪🥑🍳🍎❤️❣️
Carrots are how I was able to start snacking healthier. Because carrots take longer to digest, just eating those before a meal, as a snack, or before heavy carbs. Is amazing! Dark chocolate Chia bars, chocolate peanut butter (homemade) These things help so much! Carrots with a little ranch helps me with fat cravings. Etc. I am actually allergic to most foods... sooo if I have bread, it’s Ezekiel bread or naan.
Love this. Honestly, I was struggling with serious digestive issues as a result of an autoimmune disease and I found your channel and I've used all your tips (the smoothies, celery juice, Chomps, mixed nuts, etc). The dietary changes, coupled with my workout regimen, have allowed me to lose 20 lbs since August and keep it off. More importantly, my digestive issues are completely resolved. It's unbelievable. No medication in the world will amount to the power of real whole foods and exercise. Thank you. Also, can you please do an updated try-on haul for workout clothes? Xoxo
Thank you Katie, this message of food as fuel for our amazing powerful bodies is soo important. Thank you for sharing such a vulnerable real story. We talk about food in our household (with two young kids I wanted to start them off with healthy food relationships) as all the time foods and sometimes foods, makes it so much easier and the guilt so much less when having sometimes foods
Mind blown! I have probably heard about measuring food with your hand but never really put thought to it. I’m SHOOK! Also, biggest craving: Jeni’s gooey butter cake. That is really the only sweet thing I want.
@@LoveSweatFitness What? Jeni’s ice cream! It is delicious and honestly the only thing I struggle to put down. I make sure to eat it after big meals so I stick to one serving but.....ohhh it is hard!
Hello , I have discovered your channel and been seeing your videos. You motivated me! I struggle with weight loss right now. Thank you so much! I need this right now.
I so crave all the time!! Girl, I totally get it! With your seceret, I did that to and it sucks! I quit finally doing that and I too am glad I got out of that habbit! You are amazing!!
Glad you feel better after getting that off your chest. I know that feeling . Still having trouble feeling comfortable in my skin and clothes though. . I crave salty but found out that a particular salty drink made those go away and also helped energy
Thank you for this video and for sharing something so personal. 💕 I know exactly what you are talking about with the guilt. Wish I had seen a video like this when I was in college.
Katie I love you so much!! Is that weird?? When you teared up I did too!! I love how real you were. There is so many people going through tough times just trying ANYTHING to shed the weight and fat off there body.. Trust me I KNOW!! I wish I had the confidence you have to make TH-cam videos. But great video I loved it. These are my favorite ones along side to “What I eat in a day”
Aw you're so sweet Elaine, thx! If you have a passion for making vids, you've got to do it! Don't worry about anything else, just create and go for it.
I wish I wish I wish I'd heard this beautiful speech when I was in middle school❤️ You should make a comic strip of these positive ideals for school graders!
Thank u so much Katie your videos r amazing, u r amazing I love the honesty & energy & passion & everything u share on your channel I only found u a few yrs ago but I am eating up every video u made & every time u put a new video I’m so excited! Catie!! Thank you for this outreach and pouring of your emotions and really putting yourself out there. I appreciate you in every way possible! Thank you for having great perseverance through everything. Thank you for your support and words of love!! ❤️😊
What’s your biggest craving??👇🏻
This is so random but I always crave sugary cereal at night. Like, just a big ‘ol bowl of Froot Loops really makes my mouth water. 🤣 Thanks for all these tips, and your moment of confession totally brought tears to MY eyes while riding my stationary bike. You are an inspiration, truly.
Sweets, specially chocolate 🙈 I don’t ever crave chips and I hate Coke, but sweets are my weakness
COOKIES BUT ANY THING SWEET!!!!
I crave salty. Chips. Fries. Potatoes are my kryptonite 😫
Cereal!
Katie - thank you for always being willing to be so vulnerable. Authenticity is such a powerful quality, and it's what keeps me and so many others coming back to your channel 🤍
Always! Life is hard enough, we don't need people pretending it's all easy!
I left for story Time videos the most!
Love you Katie! Thanks for being you and always showing up ❤️

Thx Abby
You are so inspirational. The fact that you were so vulnerable is just wow. You are awesome.
💖💖
Thank you
Yes!! 🙌 I'm so glad you were able to understand Food is Fuel!! That is the one issue many don't realize!! You've got this :)
Could you do a video about eating out of boredom? I really struggle with that. I think one of the reasons I binge on the weekend is (not always) but I have lazy times on the couch or watching TV and I just want to eat at those times and do something w/my hands.
I will definitely keep that in mind!! :)
Thank you for always spreading your light. I truly appreciate how open and honest you are about these difficult subjects. I struggled with that guilt cycle and making myself purge for a time as well. And I know so many other women do too.
So many of us woman do!! Thank you for sharing your story as well! 💕
I'm so sorry for what you have gone through! Thank you for sharing and being open with all of us. My weight loss journey is a part of my self love journey. At times it hasn't been easy to go through my past in order to heal. Thanks for inspiring me to continue on!!
You got this! Thank you for your support 💖
Thank you for your kind words!!! I'm so happy to have you in the LSF community 💕💕
This is so so vulnerable and inspiring. I've been struggling with food recently and this really helped to shift my mindset and look at everything in a healthier way.
I'm so glad!
I love that last line you said, "progress will come with that mindset and using these healthy tips and tools" AMAZING! 🤩
Thank you for sharing your journey and your struggle. I appreciate your feedback, smile, and vulnerability.
Thank you so much!! ☺️
Yes! Loving your mindset on it.
Katie, What an inspiring story. You are so beautiful inside and out. Always vulnerable enough to share your stories to help others. This is a great video. Keep inspiring!
Thank you so much Michele!
Thx Lisa, so glad it resonated with you!
Thank you for sharing such a raw & real struggle so many women have!! I struggled with disordered eating for a while, and thankfully am on the other side. You & LSF have helped me see food as fuel, and also allows me to kick those cravings with Hanger Bombs & other delish snacks! ❤️
Thanks again for being so honest & open with us!
Exactly!! Everyone's body is different!!💖
Absolutely. It felt good to share and I know so many women can relate. Happy to hear you are out of that dark place too. xo
So true!
Sending so much love! Thanks for opening up and sharing your personal journey! I can 100% relate and I've been through the same struggles. Life is too short! It's all about loving yourself and your body!
You are so welcome! I'm glad we can connect here and lift each other up 💖
That's amazing! So proud of you :)
Lovee this video and love that you're not promoting restrictive eating and unhealthy habits! sugar and carbs are not the enemy, it's all about moderation and making healthy alternatives while snacking! 🙌🏻💞
Absolutely, moderation is key and building towards a nutrition lifestyle of fueling your body with delicious healthy foods.
Thank you for sharing your stories & your struggles. You are a real person & a very strong woman. We appreciate you being so real. Hugs to you .you look amazing & as a fitness instructor I feel your pain.
Thank you Karen!!
Absolutely! I found that counting calories, carbs, etc was not the way I wanted to live. Whatever works for you, that's amazing. 💖
Hi Valerie! I'm so glad you took so much from this video!! None of us are alone in this journey!! Thank you for your love!! 💕
Thank you so much for sharing the harder side of things. It’s feels so good to not feel alone in this ❤️. So motivating, you made me realize I need to change my mindset. Thank you so much!
I'm so glad! Know that more women struggle with this than you think, stay strong and keep doing the work on your journey :)
Oh wow! Love to see you took your own initiative!! Way to go!! :)
Great job!! 👏 💖
Thank you for all you do ❤
Healthy > thin
Your willingness to share your life imperfections with us makes us love you even more!❤🥰
🤗
Thanks for sharing and for showing us your vulnerability. It is not easy to put yourself out there like that on social media, and I am sure that someone will watch this and feel connected. Thanks again for being you.
Always
I NEEDED to hear this today. I hope every women here knows their worth. THANKYOU ❤
YES! Food doesn't define us, weight doesn't define us.
Your honesty is what I love about your videos.❤️
Thank you so much 😊
I needed this reminder today...
Can't wait for you to get started!
girl, i hear you! i’m 40, i had binging episodes after my post-baby to cope with stress and now my bestie who’s same age as me has anorexia. i think post baby we become more conscious and the pressure to bounce back is real! but we literally have to focus on food as fuel and aid us to accomplish more versus looking at it as making us lose ourselves . my goal now is to accept my body as much as i can and reduce stress.. losing fat would just be a bonus 🥰 so let’s enjoy the carbs but not overdo it! happy mom, happy life 😄
thank you Katie for being so vulnerable and sharing! lots of love! PS keep up the great work! =)
Thank you so much!! ☺️
Love your honesty💛 so easy to take our bodies for granted and our health (mental and physical) and sometimes hard to remember that food is fuel and not an emotional escape
I SO believe this yes. Getting there isn't always easy and takes time, but it was the best mindset change I've ever made.
So happy you are on that positive journey to feeling better.
I found out I had hypothyroidism last year and I did loose 10 pounds once my thyroid levels were adjusted with my medications but recently levels went crazy again and i gained 5 pound overnight literally overnight !!!!! my meds dosage was adjusted but I can't loose weight !!!! I don't know what im doing wrong im trying to find my right place with this hypo thing 😑
listening to you and seeing you gives me hope that one day all the running and workout will be reflected on my body
Oh I'm so glad you're feeling encouraged! Yes you will definitely get there! One day at a time! xo
Thank you for sharing this! I’m still on my fitness journey but I too was at a low point and feeling guilt constantly. It’s comforting to know I’m not the only one who once felt that way. You’ve also added a lot of amazing tips in this video and can’t wait to incorporate them myself
Not the only one at all! :)
Never this early!! Trying to get myself back in shape and you are so inspiring! Thank you so much Katie! And the middle part looks sooo good! 😍🥰
You got this Jessica! and thanks :) im into it!
@@LoveSweatFitness thank you Katie! I needed this video, really struggling this week ❤️
Thank You for opening up ❤️ Your okay hun. Being raw is awesome. 🤩
I used to binge eat, quickly and a LOT!
And yes there is good and bad foods. Just eat 80-90% good. :) but I state this because some of the things in our food are not for human consumption.
❤️ ❤️
Brave you to always share and make this work you do for us so personal, vulnerable and real. Glad you got out of that Katie! And can help others who may struggle to that point too. Very important message, good on you :)
💖💖
You got this!!
Love this one! Having a treat every once & awhile and not feeling guilty is soooo hard!
My craving is beer & pizza!
Hi Cary! Hopefully this video helped you figure out ways to fight those cravings!
That was life changing! Thank you! As always I learn so much with u! Also your hair and makeup do look amazing! Teach us here how to do them!
So happy to hear that! Okay yes, def going to do an updated makeup/hair routine. Got a little bit of hair in my video this Sunday too.
TOTALLY agree with the logging of calories - i don't want to get into this either BUT everywhere seems to state that you have to be in a CALORIE DEFICIT to 'get results' or to have 'defined abs' so how would you get around this without calorie counting?
I am just more aware of the foods and quality of them.
Thank you so much Katie. You have no idea how much you continue to help me make a better life for myself.
💖
Thank you for sharing this Katie♥️ I'm sure it is helping someone who might have needed to hear this today ♥️ Sending a big air hug from Chicago♥️
Thank you so much! Sending a hug back to Chicago from Cali!! :)
They are soo good! You can find them in my Hot Body Meal Plan and Guiltless Nutrition Guide :)
Im so glad you are talking about this!! it has taken me so many years to really start my weight loss but also stick with it. thank you so much!!
I'm so glad you are focusing on those things!! Super important 💕
Carrots are how I was able to start snacking healthier. Because carrots take longer to digest, just eating those before a meal, as a snack, or before heavy carbs. Is amazing!
Dark chocolate
Chia bars, chocolate peanut butter (homemade)
These things help so much!
Xoxo
AMAZING! Laura that is so great! Isn't it unbelievable how fueling our bodies right can make all the difference in the world? Proud of you!
thank you so much for this video. your transparency makes your tips so much more meaningful & feels like i really can do this too.
You CAN do this!
Oh girl ❤️ been there done that... It's been 10 years but I still think about it sometimes. It's more common than you'd think.
It really is. I'm glad we have this space to connect 💖
That is the best thing you can do! Setting the example of fueling our bodies is so amazing, love that you are doing that.
I really really really needed this conversation! thank you soo much for sharing 🥰🥰🥰
Glad it was helpful!❤️
We are all soo happy you have moved past that stage/mentality of your life as well
Thank you for your kind words!!
This really touched my heart thank you so much for sharing. You have no idea how much this has helped me
Glad it helped! 💗
Aw Katie ❤️ sending you so many hugs. I had no idea that was part of your journey. I’m so glad that you’re out of that place now. Xo
Thx Taylor!
Mind blown! I have probably heard about measuring food with your hand but never really put thought to it. I’m SHOOK! Also, biggest craving: Jeni’s gooey butter cake. That is really the only sweet thing I want.
It's a really helpful tip! What is this gooey butter cake you speak of :-O
You got this babe!!💓
You are a brave soul for sharing this!! love this !
Thx Ava!

Love you!. The hanger bomb has stopped my cravings. Just one and I'm over the craving. Thank you!
They are so good right?!
@@LoveSweatFitness genius
Glad you feel better after getting that off your chest. I know that feeling . Still having trouble feeling comfortable in my skin and clothes though. . I crave salty but found out that a particular salty drink made those go away and also helped energy
Def was good to share for me and hopefully others too.
That must have been horrible. Thank you for opening up about it, and I am happy for you that you got over that .
Thank you! 💗
You're such an inspiration to us Katie
❤️
Thank you for this video and for sharing something so personal. 💕 I know exactly what you are talking about with the guilt. Wish I had seen a video like this when I was in college.
Absolutely!! That is my hope, the more we talk about it, the less alone others feel and can work towards feeling better.
I wish I wish I wish I'd heard this beautiful speech when I was in middle school❤️ You should make a comic strip of these positive ideals for school graders!
love that idea!
Thank u so much Katie your videos r amazing, u r amazing I love the honesty & energy & passion & everything u share on your channel I only found u a few yrs ago but I am eating up every video u made & every time u put a new video I’m so excited!
