Thank you sir I completed the workout just now and even though I’m sore and couldn’t 100% keep up with you I did my best and definitely had a sweat going by the end of it I’m currently 268 and have a goal weight of 210 This was a great first step for someone like me who feels too embarrassed to workout in public I appreciate you

I had a fever and then it went away, but my body temperature was still high and i wasn't sweating, so i tried this out, started sweating alot and my temperature went back to normal, also this isn't high intensity so it also felt really good. Thank you very much! :D!
Hey Brian, I loved this; I have a tiny glow now. That's why I looked up "exercise to make you sweat", as I rarely do. Now you could teach people to rehydrate by taking a slug of water at the breaks.
