    Awesome, really appreciate the insights. Would love if you did a video on typical meals and prep. What are typical breakfast, snack, lunch, etc meals. Some info is in the playbook app but would love to see more that you do for yourself and also eating clean for your family including picky kids.

    I recently switched my eggs from the plain old cheap ones to the pasture raised eggs.
    WOW what a difference, and after reading up on it...pasture raised eggs have the same macros as the plain eggs but there is 7x the omega fats in the pasture raised eggs because the more natural diet of the pasture raised chickens (eating bugs and grasses) vs corn meal.

    I love this video! I used to weigh 365 pounds, and I’ve lost 160 so far. I’m not close to my goal weight of 145 pounds yet, but I’m getting there. This video has given me a lot of hope about how to incorporate nutritious, organic food into my daily food plans. I don’t eat red meat, but I still eat lean chicken and turkey, and sometimes fish. My goal is to be 100% vegan, but I was told by a nutritionist to take it slow because my body is still in the adjustment stage. That’s not easy to do, because like many people who are going through the weight loss process, I want to lose the excess pounds off NOW. There are many organic food markets here in California, but I’m not sure of what to buy when I go into them. All I know right now is to avoid the bakery section and snack foods aisles. Organic cakes and other bakery sweets still have sugar as a one of main ingredients, and I can’t eat any of that. Bummer, but I’ll live. However, I am supposed to have fruit with breakfast and lunch, so that is sufficient. This video has given me some answers to my questions about developing a healthy food plan that isn’t tasteless. Thank you so much for sharing this information here on TH-cam!

    Thanks for doing this, honestly convenience is a big deal for me as well, as a certified lazy person, the easy the process the better, and I might keep an eye for food sensitivities thanks for mentioning it, also I saw the almost long hour interview with Sebastian Stan and it was really great greetings from Mexico 🇲🇽

    Do you ever use pre-made protein shakes, if so which ones? Also for the home made protein shakes are you more fruit/juice based or almond/soy milk based?

    • @DonSaladino

      Very rarely. GOL or Orgain makes descent ones.

    Is it better to eat before or after a workout? Thanks for this video. Going to the supermarket to buy some healthy food.

    • @DonSaladino
      @DonSaladino  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      You should be doing both but timing is important. Maybe 90 min pre workout and after for me is ideal.

    Tell your editor to no put those cuts of music and to watch the sound on the videos because it gets really loud on and off. That music cut in between is really bad too.

    I really wanted to watch this but the background beat music was too distracting and loud. There was no way I could have listened to it for twenty minutes. :-(

      The music cuts when i speak. To bad because its good info that you are missing.
