    What is a good starting point? I consider myself "10 lbs too much" & the jeans aren't fitting... I realize it's a muscle:fat ratio issue and I'm trying to get in all the exercise I can, but is there a certain starting point that most have to reach to start creating that muscle and losing the fat?

      I would say the starting point is wherever we are at currently with our health. There isn't really a certain starting point other than tracking the data that you know will bring you the results you want. Does that make sense?
