      Decades ago, when I started lifting, my (incredible trainer, Al Morgan) told me I had the "Strongest chest per pound he had ever seen." I personally know the Olympians he's trained. I love being this strong. And yes, I'm a woman. 4'11" and I lift more than most. Being strong is so important on so many levels.

      Angus maybe no scientific vase for training twice, but it might be more of a mental thing?
      As for the front squat into a OHP, you see it a lot in CrossFit so maybe he bases his training on that more than bodybuilding exercises

    • @Luis.BerriosVidal
      @Luis.BerriosVidal 6 ปีที่แล้ว +51

      @Angus the scientific base is volume, they didn't have the time to fit all those workouts doing one a day. The squat to press is a really old movement that every sport athletes have done cause is a strength & conditioning move. One of the few that the crossfiters do right.

    You’re also forgetting the part where most male actors take a sarm or steroid to get ready for a role. That’s literally the only way someone can gain that much muscle in a short amount of time. I’m so tired of actors saying they lifted and ate chicken broccoli rice everyday and that’s it, boom gained a ton of muscle. It’s just completely dishonest and it makes people have unrealistic goals while being natural.

    2x Heavy workouts a day, everyday, for 12 weeks is not recoverable without PEDs. There's no shame in it if you're not a competing athlete so I don't see why film role trainers would not be transparent about this. The worlds strongest natural strength athletes do not train this much or gain muscle/strength this fast.
