I think with social media you have to be very selective of what you follow/ read etc but to say if it's not for a good cause it's a waste of time is a bit harsh and not true imo.
I started as a beginner and I’ve just finished my 8th month 🙌🏼 Don’s explanations are always really helpful but if there’s anything you’re struggling with, he’s always quick to give you an adaptation! Can’t recommend the challenges enough 🥰
