Hi I just found this video and you as a trainer. I must admit that I’m impressed. I used to workout in a gym but never had great results. I mean I followed some hints from more experienced guys at my gym and some worked. I had to stop due to a surgery. My abs were destroyed and I have a huge scar on my belly. But I would like to get back into shape. Is there anything I could start with at home?. Unfortunatelly I can’t go to the gym for some reasons. But I could find like 30-40 minutes at home. However I have no weights but I have a pull-up-bar.

This is all extremely helpful. Any recommendations/tips for someone that works in an extremely high stress environment? I LOVE my job, and i often don’t feel like I’m stressed, but i realize that high stress environments can still affect you even if you feel you’re fine and i know how that can affect your fitness. I’d appreciate any input you might be able to provide. Thank you so very much for your time. Hope your day is blessed

Bro I need your advice since I believe that you know what you are speaking. I do moderate exersize (handball x3 week and bike like every other day) have a good diet (no fizzy drinks, prossesed foods x2 month I would say) and so on but I am still overweight? Any advice?

depends on how you want to approach? As this can become a very long answer my page is intended to help people no charge. We can fast track if you decide to jump into my challenger coaching program. At the very least I would recommend NOT spending money yet and getting to know my page and all my free info. This is a process and sometimes the main ingredient is patience, breaking ng a sweat and a proper diet.
