Yeah I did 80 elder dragon hunt and 20 hats during the 2 day event. Really got my ticket worth. That 50% range increase was really useful during the event. Only thing I was upset was that lot of hats was either miz or nightshade when I was looking 8 stars deviljoe hats since I need his r6 salvation.
Fun video, me and my friend met two people off Discord, and met at a local park. It was super fun, but very hot where I was, so we drove in a vehicle while spamming HATS and random hunts. It was a fun weekend, but I'd like a more logical model, so it's not so thirsty for my day. I don't know how I'd recommend they fix it, but I didn't like how it incentivized driving in the car. It was a super fun weekend, but I think doing this often would burn me out on the game. We played almost like 14 hours on Saturday, and then we all had family stuff on Sunday, so we played for 5-6 hours on Sunday..
I agree this event is fun! It gets very expensive and tiring if they do it every month haha! Sadly, driving around will always be beneficial in these types of games. So glad you enjoyed the event man!

I'm unsure if you care about the hunt-a-thon medal, but did some play testing for it. Eventually, I landed on doing the first monster, then moving on. Still gave me a count towards the medal, but I didn't burn a bunch of time in queue. Felt like the only time I could work on that medal without my wallet.
Hi Pauwer, I'm from Singapore, great effort on the grind. I too tried to do as many HATs as well as fighting mizus in the wild throughout the event and bruh, I had 0 plates from the weekend event. In fact after hunting 280+ mizus I've only collected 3 plates...
@@PauwerPlays fingers crossed! Also I agree with your last statement on HATs not being the most efficient to farm for the specific monster; maybe they could incorporate HATs of that monster for all 5 hunts like the ones we see for A.rath and B.diablos currently and that would be better!
Still want the Lance shirt. Curious why you have Pao and the walking-electric-eel in your monster tracker? This looked like a lot of fun. I wish this was popular in the states. I already miss the unlimited HaT's, quicker respawns and wide range. Hopefully the next will not be too far away once Teo joins. Thanks for sharing.
I was tracking paolumu cos i needed rare 1 mats for the boots for my kushala set and the khezu because it was consistently dropping me WGS 😅 Honestly excited to farm teo with unli HATS! Hopefully they have that event soon :)
I think they ought to do this once every season. Hand out an event to throw down on like this. Glad you enjoyed it as well. 😅😢 I was limited due to dady responsibilities but at least I made some great memories with the fams🎉

@@mifune976 it's worth it if you have the time to grind. It was really fun and i got a lot of rewards in the end. Getting to farm more kushala was really the main thing. Excited to farm teostra if they have this unlimited hats event again. You just gotta have a huge item box. The event is still totally optional. You can farm a lot of mizus even without the ticket :)

For me in this event it was hard to find kushala hunt a thons for some reason
We were seeing mizutsunes and nightshades more frequently but there were still some kushalas

For weapons, my biggest advice is to just use your favorite one or the one you feel comfortable using :)
