I just wanted to take a second and tell you how much your hard work is appreciated. You are a gifted educator. I am going the Nurse Practitioner route and I find your videos so helpful.
You are a PHENOMENAL teacher. They way you deconstruct such complex topics into these digestible, usable, reproducible little chicken nuggets is so impressive and so appreciated. Its unfortunate that I am paying 100s of thousands of dollars for PA school instruction that is essentially useless, just to come back to youtube every night and every morning to learn from you. ...Or maybe, I am fortunate? Bc I wouldnt be doing as well as I am without you! You should really consider teaching at a program. Learning could be so much more efficient if students were taught like this from the beginning.
Thiazides are preferred for patients with osteoporosis. Because of the calcium retention and stimulation of osteo clasts. I had 3 questions about this.
Your videos are so helpful in studying for my NP certification. Also, your tone is so easy to listen to. I will be looking for more areas to study. I do have one request. It would be easier to read the screen with sans serif font or a less formal font would make it easier to read and follow along especially on a smaller screen like the phone or ipad. Thank you!
I thought carvedilol was cardioselective? I'll check my memory and sources though. Great videos btw. Failed my EOC exam (mock PANCE), but watched your videos extensively and passed with flying colors the second time. Prepping for the PANCE right now. I'll let you know how it goes!
