Currently in PA school in the Bronx and watch your videos all the time! I follow along and highlight my own notes for key points! Thank you so much, my entire class of 55 students watches your videos and we send them in group chats. They're awesome!
That was so helpful in breaking them down and the helpful sayings to remember the differences! I have 1 week to learn this info for a didactic exam and I was struggling to remember the differences and hallmarks but that helped so much. Thank you! -Eastern Virginia Medical School PA-S2
I can’t thank you enough for these great videos! You’ve done an excellent job on explaining and helping me retain more information. Thank you again for a job well done!!
Thanks for this video. Your explanations have helped break things down for better understanding. My understanding of leukemias went from a 7% - 100% in a span of 30 minutes. And or, I’m an MD student.
It doesn't matter which exam board it is, these facts are ubiquitous! And we are grateful for your services, I am now using this for my firefighting in preparation for the Haematology final in 3 weeks time. 📍 NUST 🇿🇼
My wife is currently in school to be a nurse practitioner. She is having a hard time remembering the difference in blood cancers. I found this video for her and while watching it, she said her book/teacher are saying the ages are different for the one with L in the middle. She said they are saying L is young and less frequent with adults. So nothing about really old. She stopped watching the video in fear of confusing herself since it’s different than what’s she’s being taught. Anyone had this issue before?
Thank you so much for this wonderful video. Just an FYI, but also saw a question on CML where instead of Philadephia Chromosome or chromosomes 9 and 22, BCR-ABL 1 gene was mentioned in the vignette. So know that Philadelphia chromosome can also be referred to as BCR-ABL1 gene.
Currently studying for the PACKRAT and this has be so helpful! I never fully understood heme the first time around, so this whole playlist has been a blessing!! Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos and even explain the patho! My entire cohort loves your videos and has been watching them since we started PA school back in July!!
Thank you for all your videos, they're very helpful! I have one constructive suggestion, I understand why you need to insert adds. I don't mind them and I want you to be supported and make this worth your time so you can continue creating these awesome videos. I know that content creators get to choose where they place their adds, so I hope it's not too much to ask to be mindful of where you place them. They're often placed in the middle of a very important sentence or right before you say something very important. While I understand how this can benefit the channel, it's distracting and makes me lose my train of thought. Regardless of my suggestion, I appreciate your videos!
This was fucking gold, holy shit. Thank you so much for this. Ive had such a hard time keeping these leukemias straight, and you've helped fix that. Thank you!
After struggling with this subject all of PA school, I can confidently say that this video has helped me understand the different types of leukemia and I am able to identify them in vignettes. Thank you so much for all your hard work and awesome videos!
I remember Auer Rods for AML by Auer sounds like HOUR which is associated with time/clock/AM/PM. So Auer=AM=AML. I know it's random lol
That’s actually a really good way to remember it! Thanks for sharing!
@@cramthepance I'm taking my pance tomorrow and I've been using your videos so much!! THANK YOU.
