How can I remember that carbapenems are reserved for pts with severe infections that were not resolved by other beta-lactams?

I have a mnemonic...Instead of Moxyfloxacin, remember Poxyfloxacin. Poxy for gram positive. Oxy for oxygen (Lungs), and also think of Hy POXia...Anae
