Hey, I loved the review! I'm debating whether to get this one or the regular one because I want a smaller phone but not sure if I want to compromise on the RAM.
I might have missed it but - which chip set have you got? A snap or an exy?
Appreciated! RAM does make a difference! I'm in the US so I have snap.
Im trying to decide the same and have both snapdragon. 12gb ram is def better, but i honestly tried playing a game in split mode, maps in pop up and recording a video in pop up mode at the same time and the 8gb ram still had 1gb left. hope that helps. I think size and ram are the deciding factor between these and of course storage.

I'm looking forward to upgrading from the s22+, but I haven't yet as I've been torn whether to stick with the plus variant or go for the ultra. What's your experience with the battery difference, and do you have sd3 or exynos version.
@@sparkylights6069 battery will be slightly better on the plus due to no pen. I have the sd3.
@Micah-Woods thank you for the reply. Not many people reply back to their comments from what I can see. Originating from the UK, I have been with samsung for over 10 years, I often have had the exynos version of the flagship phone, so for me, I will most likely see an improvement, but not the way others see it if they have previously had sg or vice versa. I'd love to see a comparison between older versions of exynos to see how much it has improved over the years.

That's my phone! The Galaxy S24+ in Cobalt Violet! I upgraded from a Galaxy S20+. The phone is simply amazing. I even made my Apple-using friends jealous with the AI features. I also love the color; I usually get black or silver phones. This one has a bluish undertone, and the violet color brings out its vibrancy. Besides, purple is a color of royalty, and I feel like a king with this new S24+! 💜👑 #GalaxyS24Plus #CobaltViolet #TechEnthusiast

My fave is the Galaxy s24+, which I was planning on switching to next January but I am leaning towards the Ultra too, sooo... I'm a say I love all Samsung phone current models especially the z flip 5 I'm rocking right now!

This year, I did not, but if I could I would.
I had the base s24 and returned it bcuz although the phone is a compact powerhouse it was too small for me so I went with the + and glad I did..great phone, great screen

I have an S23 Ultra, but only because my cell carrier plan allows for occasional free upgrades. If I had to pay for this phone, I would have gotten the S23+.
My Galaxy Tab S9+ is probably my favorite Galaxy device. It's a great light laptop replacement/e-reader.

Nothing special. I bought OP12 and I have had terrible tinnitus for weeks so I usually put some videos to have some backround noise. I slept like 7hrs while the phone played 720p videos (nature documentaries lol) on 5G and I woke up with 75% left on the battery. Now I have been watching youtube 1080p videos with 5G for 30mins and I have lost 3% of battery.

I hate the new AOD with S24U Android all about options. Samsung copying Apple way to much. If oneplus 12 had a pen available and support, I would be gone. If oneplus open 2 hits it out of the park with a built in pen, Im gone bye Sammy
Samsung just added a feature to AOD. You can change it back if you'd like in settings. I think android has been slacking, which is why Apple could be first to innovate on the AOD the way they did.
