I had a Pixel 8 Pro and got an S24+. Bounced back and forth for weeks and then my Pixel 8 Pro started crapping out on day 32 of ownership so I stuck with the +. I'm so happy I did. It's great. Camera is an 8/10 in low light but I love the different modes and flexibility of the camera. The phone is so fast and the battery seriously crushes my Pixel experience. I also think the Dolby Atmos feature and how good podcasts and music sound through bluetooth on this phone compared to every other type of phone. It's a great experirence.

I agree pixel has bad hardware even though it provides the absolute best Android experience since it is completely engineered by Google. Hopefully pixel 9 will be a game changer

You are so correct that the S24 series has feature variants between models thus helping to justify the price difference. S24+ isn't just UWB and larger than the s24. It also has 2k, more ram and storage on base models.
Have a Samsung 24 plus since launch. Love the phone great experience. Good video keep it up.

I would say get it when you find a really good deal on it. As good as next year's S line might be we don't know if the s24 plus or 24 will be as good as this years. Of course the 25 Ultra will be good but we don't know if they are goin to have the rest of the S series as good as this years was.
i have s24 ultra, and i have bought a 24+ for my mom. Honestly the + feels nicer in the hands, and i dont feel that the snapdragon better at all, the + is a great phone too.
I've had my s24+ for about 2 months, switched from the iphone 15 plus and I love it. I didn't go with the Ultra because I don't want an S-pen and I do not like the ultras design way too boxy and sharp

Got my P8Pro when it dropped and than picked up the S24 Plus when it dropped I was going back and forth when I 1st copped the S24 Plus but after about 3 months I made it my daily driver and my P8PRO my Side Piece. And my iPhone 14 plus just stays in my drawer. Keep up the good work Lil Bro.

Good review, but I'm gonna have to call you out when you said the 24+ is ahead of pixel 8 pro when it comes to facial recognition. How can you say that when it's not as secure or accurate?

on screen scrolling...I feel the same way with the my 15ProMax...seems slower than my 24+...never really noticed anything special on my P8Pro (it doesn't get much use)...rocking my 15PM now and it's good, but I'm itching to get back to my 24+
I like my S24 Plus alot, I go back and forth between this one and my Pixel 8 Pro. Samsung really screwed up with the S22 & S23 Plus phones by dumbing down the specs. I really like that MFinder, thanks.
I have the s24 plus which I have to use for work including GPS for multiple hours a day and doing paperwork through a mobile app. That's not including social media throughout the day. I start my day at 6:30ish and end around 5-6 and usually always have around 20% left.

Watching on my s24+, i had the OnePlus 12 and it's a great phone but i notice every time when wearing the OnePlus buds 2 pro with the phone when you increase the volume it distorts and sometimes disconnects.. Sent phone back and s24+ is my phone of choice

Hi Naseem!!! I also create content about technology in Brazil on a channel with the same name as this account. This smartphone really seems like a really cool option, I haven't had the opportunity to test it yet, let's see if I buy one or if Samsung lends it to me for testing. Here in my country this model has the Exynos 2400, the only one that came with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 was the Ultra. Great content. Hug

Samsung's also using this design on their budget phones [A Series], which is a win for Samsung Budget phone users as they get the same ''Flagship'' design for a cheaper price, though with thicker bezel/chin. BRO is using the A54 and Samsung as usual, ''never'' have any issues.😂😂THE SHOW AT THE END

It's a nice phone. My only complaint is double tap to check lock screen barely ever works. Sometimes I have to hit the screen so damn hard to wake im surprised the screen hasn't cracked yet.
My S21 Ultra has the same problem.
In your outdoor comparison the iPhone looks the brightest regardless to specs numbers tho…

Samsung needs to change the 3X camera into a periscope one to make the Plus series to stand out
Its a hardsell in countries where you have access to the honor magic 6 pro, vivo x100 pro and xiaomi 14 ultra. They are all very competitive in pricing.
I or most others would still prefer the Samsung over any of these phones you mentioned

The 12gb of ram is def not overkill. I have the base 23 ultra with 8gb of ram and consistently the phone would eat up 6gb doing nothing

The Pixel 7 Pro is honestly a great phone in itself, unless you want the Samsung experience, I’d say keep it and wait another year. But if the deals are too good to turn down. It doesn’t hurt to trade it in

Had a pixel 8 pro its terrible and got to try a s23 ultra but i found it to big and boxeiy so ended up with a samsung a55 and now getting a s24 plus as it same size i like with a55 just way better at games

I’d say yes, the S24 is a really great upgrade from the 12, and Galaxy Watches go on sale pretty frequently
Use them together, if you have lte it tracks fitness, you can still get notifications, and take phone calls just no messages.
Galaxy watch classic but if you want the best Android watch I keep hearing Garmin is what helps people leave iwatch for good. You also have Google and One Plus to chose from.
Same problem I had I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and Apple Watch SE2 but I just give in got the galaxy classic 6 and S24 Ultra.The watch is on sale that’s why I got it plus the S24 U
If you end up not liking the Samsung ⌚ remember you still have other options. Garmin is one many say replaces their Iwatch. Google and OnePlus are also options.
My pockets aren't deep enough for the Ultra.
I prefer the OnePlus 12 over this. Much better screen quality and battery life. Software is debatable but i like the oxygenos over one UI in some instances.

I bought a One Plus 12 but ended up returning it. It's a really nice phone and it's fun, but I'm just so over the curved screen displays.
Battery life
There are two types of S24+ users. Pinkie holders and non pinkie holders.
S24+ with SD is just Lit... Sadly Here in India Samsung behaves like an Asshole & launches Exynos everytime......also the sales figures of those here are disgusting.....
I hope Time Comes when Samsung will retard from Launching the shitty Exynos chipset here😢
I have used the iphone from 3G all the way up to Iphone 15 and now switched to Samsung. I can say with chest that iphones are very very overrated and boring. Samsung has more character and interesting specs. I don't think I will be using Apple again, I don't see them coming up with anything interesting or different from the old anytime soon. I know that would have been different if Steve Jobs was still here.

Some people like me have exceedingly older phones (s9 plus here) so this phone is going to be a massive step up.
I disagree.
If you pick up the S23 Plus and S24 Plus. The differences are pretty noticable. Especially the flat display, processing, optimisation, colours and battery life. The changes may be mininal but most of the time. That little goes a long way. The point of these phones is to be the more refined version of its predecessor. Not something entirely new.
