Everyday I find another reason why this game (really a story generator as stated by the developers) is an absolute masterpiece. You can do everything from being a peaceful community, living in harmony with nature and showing kindness to others, to being an organ-harvesting pain cult that uses drugs and bears to shred their enemies
I'm running an androids-only colony set up like a base from an RTS game. No mood breaks, no whining about bad living conditions, break-ups, raider meat nutrient paste, bad weather and other little stuff. Only dark, cold, ruthless, precise, inhuman obedience and efficiency. No weaknesses of the flesh, only the strength and purity of the machine. Best sh*t ever. Might have to crank up the difficulty and start rolling those modded event-generating dice I've been hoarding, things are getting too easy for me. Harvested 4 prisoners to sell all their body parts, and only the temporary human help complained. I had my robot bois throw them in jail, put them under general anesthesia, then tossed in cryptosleep. Not sure what I'll do with them yet. Maybe I'll build an airborne unit of supersoldiers, supported by cyborg animals, my own mechanoids, modded artillery, a platoon of warcaskets, aerial bombing runs and tactical nuclear strikes. God, I live this game.
@@OneHunchMan I wanted to ask about your infinite rat energy video. Would using Kibble to feed the rats make it more efficient? Kibble results in 2.5 nutrition for every 2 nutrition used, and the rat farm already produces both vegetable matter and meat. Or what about Pemmican, which gives .8 nutrition for every .5 nutrition used, which is even more efficient? Would love to see a followup.
@@ShudderflyREAL Hey sorry for the late response, I don't get notification for replies a lot of the time. Kibble is not a bad idea but requires more labor to produce so it comes down to a work vs. food saved value proposition. In terms of maximizing the food output, you would be correct but due to the scaling of the operation, I would say the labor is the commodity to save in this case. Hope that makes sense
Now this is the rimworld experience, directly subjecting your opponents to drugs inorder to weaken them. Wait, that sounds kinda familiar when I put it that way, huh?
Bears are also amazing haulers, and dont die as easily as huskies in case of drop raids. I have 60 of them, they haul everything (161 carrying capacity) and eat less than huskies too.

That’s a perfectly normal thing to have around your base, I’m sure
I think that in nature that is called synergistic relationship. ;)

Now I understand why Australia banned the sale of this game.

True. We tame drop bears, not grizzly bears.

The Bears not being high enough in the killbox: Man this weed isn't SHIT.

Now the only thing left to do is find a way to make the mechanoids affected
Mechanoids technically have smell organs that aren’t used in Vanilla
We need robo-weed modded into the game
They need to be affected by solar flares as well...
when autobongs were first added they did get affected due to oversight
i say, 2 years later like a jackass
And the best thing is that your bears will develop a resistance to the auto bongs because they are exposed to them so much.
This is wonderful. Thank you for sharing your absurd creation.

The best part is a constant food deliveries for them, if you are enemies with other faction too..

Not sure if you've made a video like this before but you should make one going over the biomes of the rim, like pros, cons, etc of each one.

I'm gonna do this *right now*.
Dude did his research before making the video
Rimworld is truly a one of a kind game because what other game allows you to kill people using weaponized grizzly bears and weed
The only game better than it is Dwarf Fortress, because of the Z-levels and highly intricate constructions you can make.
It's Mother Nature working man. It's the power of Gaia. The bears are our brothers. And Gaia cannot commit war crimes.
Chill.
A "chillbox" if you will.
Gotta put the bongs behind doors and vents to prevent them from getting smacked.
Fair point, I'm sure the logistics could be improved
