  • My teammate Squints had a tough dyno day when his car wouldn't go into gear, so we dove straight into pulling his transmission that night! We also go over details of the Turbo e36 fuel system for e85, including our new ID 1050X Injectors, and get it ready for the fab shop!

    Wat gearbox this out if and what adapter?? I’m putting into is300

      The 6spd ZF was out of a Z4 M and he uses a Collins adapter kit

    Just had the same issue on my 36. It was the clutch pivot ball being too warn out

    drain turbo to timing cover way shorter line better angle and yeah no chance for doing a bad drain angle and no oil slushing back in the drain

      Yeah we considered doing that, maybe down the road if this setup gives us issues.

    62 and 1/2 thousandths is 1/16 th of an inch. It would rear .0625 on a digital caliper. Lovin the videos! I had to go to a brass pivot in my car the plastic one wore out and was cause the clutch to have problems

      Thanks dude appreciate the support! We opted for the steel one cause the brass ones tend to wear too if you’re abusing the trans lol. But under normal use it should be fine

      @@behradsays oh gotcha I’m hard on mine too 😂 it’s a drift car but it’s stock clutch stock engine. I just got a 3.0 engine I’ll be swapping in soon. Im wanting to do a turbo build. So im really enjoying the bmw turbo content!

    Chased the same issue in my zf5 speed. Replaced everything and it ended up being that my pivot fork was bent from clutch kicks and having the stainless fork stop. Look into it since that one was hitting on the pressure plate, I have a feeling it’s bent

    Very down with the long form but really wanted to see more of doms car and the build we were already following. The other one was a fun watch but I did not actually care about that bro or his car cuz we haven’t seen other content with them in it.

      We actually found the label on the face of the disk and it was correct. Unless the label was wrong lol
