Jimmy, next time you cut that type of fuel line, dont cut it with a cut off wheel. Pick up a pvc ratcheting pipe cuter. Its a much cleaner cut with no clean up.
I love watching you and B fab stuff. The RX7 sub frame was sick and Nisonda is legit! I grabbed a crappy angle grinder and cheap welder from harbor freight to learn to cut metal apart and burn it back together because your content is inspiring.
B.Hall reminds me a man I once knew. I spent a year training under him in restoration before he horrifically passed away. He could take any scrap piece of metal and form it into any creation you could imagine. Could take any deformed junk panel and then form it back into perfection with a hammer, dolly and skill. No job feared him, he'd jump into it and make the most complicated seem simple. We all need to be thankful for these highly skilled crafty talented individuals. RIP Chris 🤙
I like this as I worked for Bmw NA for 15+ years. The factory intake manifold under boost will be his only weak point. I have seen them explode with a very small misfire with NOS. They held up well with the DINAN supercharger setups though but they were relatively low boost. I wish him the best! Knowing Jimmy he will push the envelope so I am anxious to see how this runs!

At times you realize that Brian is a metal work body work genius, he also hates a half assed job. Jimmy is ace with wiring, engines and tuning so between them they could build anything.
Said it before and I’ll say it again. Hit up RallyRoad for e36 parts. Eric the owner makes some real nice pieces. Including an amazing looking fuel rail. It will bring the engine bay together nicely. He also makes essential fuel delivery parts. Like a fuel tank transfer fitting that transfers fuel from driver side to passenger side much faster so you don’t have chance of fuel starvation. And also makes a rad cnc gauge pod! Do it now thank me later!
Go to NAPA and ask them for the Dorman GM fuel line repair kit. In that kit should be your GM quick disconnects to (some what) barb fittings, 90's and straights for your GM Flex Fuel Sensor. You know, to clean it up and not have to worry about hoses slipping off!
And or go to your nearest JY and get some used ones. They were used on every GM car from 90's up to today. They rarely ever break or crack even with age. You can buy (new) the clip that holds them in place. You can use a razor blade to make a small slice in the plastic line to remove it. Make sure you don't slice too deep! Hope this helps anyone looking to add one of those sensors. Just worm clamps and hose is not enough!

Jimmy...make sure you clean those line out before you use them man. That rubber debri gets all throught that and will clog your filter and possibly get th your injectors as well. You can get quick conect to an adaptor fittings for the ethenol sensor to mate.
I'm an old painter and I love watching B do body fab. Jimmy's kinda cool too, wish he'd drive is sheet more tho. Maybe buy something and not get attached to it and beat the living hell out of for TH-cam. I mean like really send it with some wall taps.

If someone could answer this question for me that’d be killer! How did he center the rear end? Like how did he find the center point? I know the s13 diff isn’t centered so that didn’t help him center it. I’m going to be tackling a project of my own soon and trying to get some insight for it

What size an lines did you use? Oem fuel line size is 8mm and there’s no such thing as 8mm AN line
