I occasionally feel numbness in my feet after sitting for a while. It will go away after I stand up and walk. I have some body checkups. And I don’t have any diabetes and sciatica. Guys if you want to greatly reduce tingling sensations on your legs and feet real quick, you need to do just 2 things. The first one is to eat 1 piece of garlic every day or 3 garlic tablets. Wet cupping is far more effective. Tell the person to cup the areas of your peripheral neuropathy area such as the legs. I have given up western style medicine because all they did was to provide drugs which has a lot of side effects and painkillers. Also, in the long term, stop eating simple carbohydrates and do fasting (do not eat or drink) for 12 hours every day. This will allow your body to repair itself naturally. Just eat protein and natural fats. Finally, totally avoid foods with MSG because that is a big culprit like fast food, instant noodles and processed foods like Doritos..

Tingling in your feet could be due to your previous foot injury or lower back issues, and it's best to consult a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation.
This could be serious. If the tingling starts moving up your legs go to emergency room immediately. This happened to my dad and is not on this list. He ended up having guillian barre. Not sure if I spelled it correctly. It moved up his entire body and was paralyzed. This usually happens in your teens however my dad got it in his 80’s and was from the flu shot!!!! The nurses in the ER were all surprised he made it thru. 🥰. My cousin also was effected but not as bad as my dad.
I heard the narrator say GB, but it wasn’t on the list. I sincerely hope your Father is doing better now. I’m trying to discover if I had a run in with GB post-surgery because something happened in my body that has yet to be explained. I would like to talk with you more about his experiences if possible. Thank you kindly.❤
If you're experiencing numbness and are concerned about it, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional. Numbness can be caused by various factors, including poor circulation, nerve compression, or underlying medical conditions. The appropriate course of action would depend on the underlying cause. In general, avoiding prolonged pressure on a specific area, improving posture, staying hydrated, and maintaining overall good health may contribute to reducing the likelihood of numbness. However, for personalized advice, it's crucial to seek guidance from a healthcare provider who can assess your specific situation and recommend appropriate measures.
@@hassleemof some days are worse than others but never goes away. I’m not diabetic and I take B12. The docs just say they dunno. If they dunno what am I paying them for?
I had numbness in my feet near the base of the toes. Sometimes a tingle as well. I bought an electric foot massager and use it about twice a week, it seems to stimulate the nerves in my feet and solves the problem very well. I don’t have any great problem that causes this condition but l an 70 years of age and don’t exercise much so l guess it is just the feet feeling the age first.
@minkeytalk It’s great that the foot massager is helping you! Numbness and tingling in the feet can sometimes be a result of poor circulation, nerve compression, or simply age-related changes. Since you're 70 and not exercising much, it's possible that these factors contribute to the sensations you’re experiencing. Regular movement or gentle stretches could help improve circulation and reduce discomfort. If the numbness persists or worsens, it’s a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying issues like nerve damage or circulation problems.

I have been to so many Drs that I have finally given up. It started in my arches on both feet and slowly went to my toes and then to the top of my feet. It got so bad that it felt like I was trying to walking on my bones and I had to use crutches just to cross the room. It has been over 10 years now. Recently the bottom of my feet are somewhat better and I can walk. It’s nothing for me to stand in a fire ant Hill and not even know it till they get above my ankles. The top of my feet are worst now. If someone was to take a feather and rub the top of my foot I almost scream with pain. Dozens of Drs and zero help. For the last 2 months I have gone to and animal based diet, mostly beef. I have lost 22 pounds and I think it may be helping my feet to. I can actually walk around the house barefoot now but they still numb and keeps me awake at night.
I also have this. Started a long time ago and progressively got worse. High arches, foot tingles, bone spur and then crutches. I lost weight and it’s a little better but still very active. No one knows what it is or what to do.
Mine started over 20yrs ago, when I was still running. I used to think it was sand in my shoes and then realised it was more like pins and needles. Neurologist diagnosed peripheral neuropathy. Affects my balance badly now. I have developed anxiety which makes it worse. Have to be careful walking easy to trip up. After a lifetime of exercise, I can do little. Physiotheraphy has not helped. I try to keep my core strong in order to correct if I over balance. After a very active life, its distressing, as I have twice dislocated a hip replacement, and had a revision. All caused a mild stroke which has affected sight therefore more balance problems. Extremely demotivating for an active person as accepting the situation is difficult.

Your eyes will love it. To de stress eyes, pour in big bowl some distilled water, and sink your face into it, open eyes wide and look up, down, side to side and all around as long as you can. Have clean face and hair pulled back before. Then lay down and rest your eyes. Love others and have Compassion on yourself.♥️

My left foot has been tingling throughout the day and a little bit yesterday, and I assume it's probably due to how much coffee I drink on a regular basis, so I guess I just need to not drink so much for a while.
If I get that annoying and sometimes painful tingling or stinging under a toe or foot, I change my position, believing it to be a nerve/spine issue and it goes away.

I sometimes get a very uncomfortable feeling in my feet when I'm lying down and have to stand up and walk around on solid ground for relief. I don't know if this is linked to my anxiety problem.
@@PremKr10 Hi. Sorry to hear that, how do you cope with it? Have you discussed it with your GP?
@@PremKr10 Hi. Sorry to hear of your suffering all I can suggest is you go and see your GP and discuss it with him or her. Good luck my friend.

Great informative video. Just don't understand the bringing up of Gilbert's disease? Don't get it, like, AT ALL why you even brought that up.
Too many guesses and possibilities. Please give me a solid reason so i can do something about it.
I got the feelings of tingling due to overdose of kanamycin injection during my hip replacement surgery. (Nurse gave me this injection for about more than three months every alternate day forcibly.) But later on I stopped that wrong and thoughtless treatment immediately. The actual short term dose of kanamycin injection for bacterial infection is 7 t0 10 days. I am getting the tingling sensation in my feet even today, but its intensity is getting lessened day by day.
Recent Ankle surgery also cause nerve damage.....this will resolve maximum after 5 to 6 months

Chemotherapy with the most strongest cancer fighting medication will cause those sensations ,I know I have terminal cancer and been chemotherapy for last 6 months.
Sorry about the condition, I wish you the best.
So I haven’t drink alcohol for 3 months now so I don’t think that would be it. I was diagnosed for MS 11 years ago and I did feel this same numbness in my feet/legs back then. But I didn’t continue any medication and just continued to live life as a normal human would. now years later I’m getting this numb feeling again reminding me of those days. I’m not sure what to do
Please consult an MD and have a comprehensive bloodwork panel done. God bless you!

Even if I’m just jumping rope on one foot then I switch my feet and stop real quick and real fast…my foot buzz, tingled, stings, buzz, vibrates in a painful way …it’s happened for years. Hoping the internet will give me some hope in solving this painful problem,
This is what I have, did you ever find out what was wrong? Please help 😅
Thank you for sharing this video ..
My pleasure
Thanks my feet tingles been exercises helped some I have no diabetes no swelling. I do have lower back trouble and injuries on my right foot I had broken before I suppose may be the trouble and my back
Tingling in your feet could be due to your previous foot injury or lower back issues, and it's best to consult a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation.
Multiple 12 hour shifts on your feet . How do you fix that?
it only happens when im on the thread mill working out
This could be serious.
Sorry for your experience. Wishing your cousin quick recovery
I have a small tingling in left foot in the toes area mainly for weeks
Thank you for the updates wonder if anything to stop numbing when first srated?
If you're experiencing numbness and are concerned about it, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional. Numbness can be caused by various factors, including poor circulation, nerve compression, or underlying medical conditions. The appropriate course of action would depend on the underlying cause. In general, avoiding prolonged pressure on a specific area, improving posture, staying hydrated, and maintaining overall good health may contribute to reducing the likelihood of numbness. However, for personalized advice, it's crucial to seek guidance from a healthcare provider who can assess your specific situation and recommend appropriate measures.
Thanx for this educational video, very much appreciated and i.will keep watching your videos.
Have had this for a couple of years, latest hypothesis is a compressed nerve!
Do you have it in both feet?
@@hassleemof yes
@@nhmooytis7058 has yours got any better. Mines been on and off for months 😭
This in my husband for 3 yrs treated as ortho arthritis it was a blockage in his groin.....he is not diabetic and never smoked in his life, he lost all his toes and part of his foot through just sheer neglect by the Family Doctor...so be wary when you start having cramp in your calves then it might be to late to be fixed....and then an amputation...
Wow
I've been having the same symptom as your husband for three weeks now. Left calf is cramping in addition to tingling sensation.

What brand of shoes do you recommend for bad feet
Sometimes but rarely, when I wake up, either of my feet is tingling. It lasts for around 5 seconds and I struggle to move it, it feels like it's burning but without me feeling the temperature. Really strange.
Taking B12 supplementary tablet will solve all this problem. I had the problem but after taking it , I don't find numbness, tickling and imbalance in my body.
Glad you are better now
Wow! Did you have any symptoms aside the tingling and numbness?
Doc has prescribed B12 to me too

I've had a slight numbing sensation on the bottoms of my feet for the past few years.
I have no idea what it is.
I'm diabetic. Doctor said its neuropathy! Surgery years ago. Neuro-endocrine
Also, Royal Jelly In capsule form, clears the eyes. Herbal Eyebright in capsule or tea. Lutein softgels by Country Life, take as it says on these bottles. Take for 3 months on and 1 month off.
