I appreciate your thoughtful explanations and comprehensive breakdowns of why things occur and how the various exercises can improve our condition. Thanks for caring.
i have tingling in the foot only when i try to stretch my legs and i have tried a lot of exercises from your videos, do you have any recommendations doc? thank you for the informative videos
If it only happens when stretching, not doing that would probably be a good idea. When you stretch your hamstrings, it puts tension on your sciatic nerve. Outside of that, you'd have to see someone to get evaluated in person.
I'm an old lady (71) who just took a hard fall due to my bottom feet numbness 😕 I have lower back problems as well as overpronation. (Thyroid issues and diabetes have been ruled out. Back is iffy) Your video is a blessing to me as my drs and I try to figure out what's going on.💡 I really can't thank you enough! 😊
thanks very much , doctor, you are the real expert, your explanation is top class , i've been searching for so many videos, but your videos is a stand out one, may god always bless you for your knowlegde sharing , just like and subscribe ...
I just saw your comment. Hopefully it's gotten better by now, but I just had a new video come out today about foot cramps. Here's the link: th-cam.com/video/L7FQbdXHrwQ/w-d-xo.html
I had 2 knee replacements, leg 1 went great, leg 2,i woke up with a paralyzed foot. I can lift my toes and move my ankle. I'm that 1% chance that has a tibial pinch. I have no feeling on the bottom of my foot. This 2nd surgery also fixed an MCL. So I'm in a brace. No Dr can tell me what happened, so i have no idea what to do.
It depends how long it's been since surgery. If you're immediately after surgery, sometimes it takes a bit for the block to wear off. If by chance they did pinch, irritate, or accidentally cut part of the tibial nerve during the procedure, unfortunately there's often not a lot that you can "do" about it other than wait for it to recover. Good luck in your recovery!
I'd advise seeing your doctor about it. There are various things that could cause it, so you'd need to find out the cause in order to find the proper treatment.
@@bingohhhhhhhhhhhh it could be, but there are other possible things that could cause it as well. You'd have to talk to your doctor about it to find out what's causing it in your case.

I had two cramps in my left foot two weeks ago and have been having tingling in the foot ever since. Should I be concerned about it?

the bottom of my foot has been numb for 5 days now ... What do I do ??

I have this in the bottom of both feet. Does that mean it's not coming from my back and more likely PN?
Not necessarily. Either could cause that.
@@More4Life Thanks so I'm getting a lumbar MRI, so I suppose if there is some form of stenosis, it could be the cause?
