🐾 It's been a month since Türkiye enacted 'The Animal Protection Law,' which mandates the collection of all stray animals-impacting roughly 4 million stray dogs and cats. With the country’s shelter capacity at only 100,000, this new law is already overwhelming shelters, leading to overcrowded, poor conditions that are unmanageable.
