I have an issue with the arrows never lining up between the panormas. No matter how i turn the images in the connections screen the arrows dont match up
Hello there. I am trying to upload my first Google tour using the android app but every time I try to visualize the constellation, it goes to Pine Street in SF instead of my clients location. How can this be fixed?
where in the world can I learn how to use the new "intuitive" app? I don't know if I'm a moron or it simply isn't intuitive. But I would love to use the product.
I tried to log in but it only lets me log in to Google. I went on the Go Thru website to create an account but it doesn’t let you use that account within the app. So it’s just not letting me upload.
Dunno if it's just me, but cannot get any of my photos to be found for this app. Only a diagram I had have been "found" but neither of my panoramic photos or any other photos can't be use for the app. Was looking for information, but there's no data about this issue with the app.
I am not sure I understand the issue you have. But to use the app, you have to have an account with gothru.co If you don't have such account you need to create one. Then you can create a new listing from inside the mobile app, connect the panoramas and publish to Street View from the web application. If you have any issues, please contact us support@gothru.co
The upload is done from GoThru web app, for now. The Street Editor is more of a mobile panorama connector for people that have issues to connect the panoramas on a desktop computer.

To get the arrow pointing to the right location, camera angle is not the one intended. Who clicks the arrow to get a real close up from the wall ?

So how do you upload the tour? It’s telling me to connect to a Street Editor app. What is that please?
How come the editing I try, don't save and the arrow returns to the original position?

The most outdated app, delete this outrageous content. You should pay me the amount of time I spent using this Flintstones ahh app.
