Please, whats happen when in panorama tool, the images are not connected? at the moderated all the images are connected and locked.
Google has an issue, right now and the connections on Google might take longer to show up than usual. We've reported this to Google and they will check next week

Hi I have two problems
1.When adding a new LOG for the NDIR I cannot delete the original NDIR LOGO. Even if I delete the logo from the moderator and from my profile, what happens is I get my old NDIR logo on top of the new Logo?
Can you help?
You can not remove a nadir, because we bake it into the image. To remove the nadir, you need to re-upload the images and maintain the same file name. Once you re-upload the images will overwrite, what's in GoThru, with no need to re-connect the images.
Hi there, I am trying to lock it using C but it is not working at all, what would be your solution for that?
C locks the last added link, beside that not sure what to say. But stay tuned, we are launching soon a new moderator that will have AI auto alining two images, and moderating will be supper easy (if your images as 3-5 meters apart)

can you shoot panaramas on a insta 360 one x and make virtual tours this way?
Yes, download the panoramas from the camera and the upload them to gothru.co if you have any issues you can ask questions via support@gothru.co
Is it right you can connect panoramic pictures only when you already downloaded more than 50th panoramic pictures in Google?
There is no limit on when you can connect panoramas. Upload your images, connect them, and publish them to Google, they will have connections on Street View.
