This puff puff is awesome. The recipe is on point. My son can eat the entire tray. He is 4 years old. He introduced it to our oyinbo neighbor’s daughter who is 5. She now asks for puff puff when she comes over.

In Kuwait we have very similar to puff puff, and the hand technique is exactly the same. It’s called “Luqaimat” we glaze it with sugar syrup with cardamom and saffron.
Thank you for the recipes, I’m going to make it on Friday for our family gathering. 🙏🏼🌺

Hi Emma, so glad I found your channel, I have spend the last week salivating over all your recipes. Like all your family mrmbers, we all love puff puff in my household, but being gluten intolerant, I have had to avoid it. Can you suggest an alternative to flour for this recipe. Thank you for all your lovely recipes with clear and simple instructions to follow.

I use to eat someting similar to this a long time ago when I lived in Saudi and those balls of two types one Dipped in sugar syrup and other balls was savoury and with flavour and I don’t know what it’s called😭 and I loved it soo much. I literally just searched ‘small savoury fried dough balls’ 😂 I’m not completely sure if this is it like those balls were a bit airy inside
