Great advice! Being gentle on your skin is a must . I agree that cell turnover, and exfoliation are key to keeping your skin looking youthful, and fresh. I like to use natural enzme products in the winter, it doesn dry out my skin as much as the glycolics and salycylic acids. French sunscreen is the best anti aging product , I love UV Essential by Chanel.
I enjoyed this video! I have been using mostly organic/natural products for many years and absolutely agree that "less is more". I also love Tara Harper... you gave me some great new suggestions (especially the sunscreen). I wish that someone had told me as a teenage girl to not use foundation. I did not need it so all of that damage was for nothing! You are correct that the best way to have good skin is from the inside out! I am an American who stopped eating gluten and dairy a decade ago due to the inflammation and I work to keep sugar at a minimum. I am always the odd one here 🤷🏻♀🙂
I love the Ilia tinted serum and bb tinted cream from Avene. But ilia is my favorite one, the super serum. I will do an other video about Parisian make up

I like glycolic products and my skin tolerate it very well. A must have for spring or autumn

only when I go in the sun. My everyday tinted serum/ bb cream has already an SPF and you can't get burn in Paris :)
