We've arrived at our new house and we are excited but we have a FULL day of work ahead of us! Gratefully, Upack got our stuff here TWO days early so we didn't have to wait as long and got to sleep in our beds much sooner than we thought! Hope you like longer videos because this day was so full that we didn't want to cut any of it out!

I absolutely love hearing Esther calling Mike "my dad", I just think it's wonderful as it shows just how much she has grown into the family and how much the unity has done to get close! Wonderful work to the parents....
I noticed that when they were at the dinner in Texas, so sweet it makes me smile! Honestly has given me the goal to adopt someday!

I love that house. I think having a hangout area with a couch is a great idea. When I turned 16 I got a job as soon as I could. Th first thing I bought was a good size tv and a used couch, and a mini fridge. It was nice because instead of going to friends houses, they came to my house. They come for the tv and couch and stayed for my moms home cooked food :p

Megan, in all the years I have been subscribed to your channel I have never once thought you you seem like a slacker. If I lived near you I would happily have helped out with the move and I’m sure many people at your church and community feel the same, I recall mike helped a neighbor with a move about 3 months back so... what comes around goes around right 😀

I can not believe you guys. You have raised AMAZING kids! They’ve been busting their humps all day and while moving that heaving table they don’t complain at all and have such a good attitude. They still find themselves laughing even in tough, tiring situations!
Yall are literally blessed. Everytime i watch your videos i cant help to say the leadership of the parents, the older kids, the initiative each memeber takes shows all the love and team work.
I was thinking the same. My hands hurt watching them carry it. I'd find a way to dismantle it. Nothing a power tool can't handle.
@@snoopybluejeans it was specially made for the family by a small woodworker family. The craftsmanship and skill it took to assemble a solid table like that is worth more than taking it apart for a move. It would never beer the same if it was disassembled.

I absolutely love the house! It reminds me of the bones of the Utah house (especially the windows!) with the southern characteristics and floor plan of your old house in North Carolina! It’s so cool that y’all are back there, it reminds me of the old days! I loved seeing how quickly you started decorating Megan, and I especially loved the map of the house you made. Love the new house and the set-up. Megan, that whole graph paper of the house and the furniture pieces is what I did when I was teaching. I am a retired Montessori teacher. Montessori classrooms are full of furniture, and arrangement is important.

You seem to have the ability to find the nicest houses. It was so caring that the pastor gave you a welcoming pack and dinner. We moved a few time when I was a kid and I moved a few times as an adult. Packing and unpacking is so time consuming and exhausting. It's awesome that all the kids pitch in to help in any way they can. You are a well oiled machine. I'll pray that the next few days of unpacking and settling in go well. Xx

I think part of choosing where to live is finding your own kind of beauty. Utah had spectacular scenery but NC is my kind of countryside. And I'm 100% with Megan on the setting up home thing. I once thought of making of business of it to help those less enthusiastic about unpacking and organizing. Happy New Home Knorps! xxx
