Trying Jane Fonda Workouts for a week For Fun

  • P.S This was just for fun, please remember that. I am not a professional trainer, I just enjoy working out. Of course, as this has to be said, I did not and would not see any change after only a week, but did the workouts make me feel great? Absolutely! Will I continue to do them? Yes!
    Hey everyone, I am so excited about this video! I loved this little challenge, doing Jane's workouts for a week & I think I'll be carrying on. I am not a fitness expert, this was just some fun for me & a challenge for me. I hope you enjoy the video & gives these ago yourself. I have listed the workouts I did for you all. This was just a little bit of fun for me, but if you want to see results 3 to 4 months of constantly doing the workouts, as well as persistence after should give you what you are looking for or just have fun.

    I was introduced to Jane Fonda at age 9. I did almost daily till early teens. Then I switched to Gilad and others. I'm now 49 and went back to her workouts. They are effective I have now observed some yoga posses in it too that's why they are good. Some stretches are seen in videos to heal your body from muscular pain etc. The 1hr wk out is it

    Looking back at those early Jane Fonda workouts. I thought the were a bit harsh but I did them and still do some of them

    Well, I'm 53 next week, been training professional athletes for 30 years and the original 3 workouts from Jane ignited my passion for fitness. I still do the original, new workout and Challenge. Minor tweaking for better form and tempo and it keeps me incredibly fit and flexible. Nice to see younger generations trying this out.
    Have you ever attempted her Workout Challenge? It was made for athletes and dancers, it's 90 minutes with a 20 Minute high impact aerobics segment, and it's really fun if you're up for it. 😊

      This was amazing to read! I really enjoyed it, it brought back so many memories of my dancing days. Similar movements. I'll definitely find some aerobic segment workouts. Thank you for the suggestion 😁

    The 90’s had great music BUT the music for any workout video sucked! To me it sounded like old porno lol but yea they never used 80’s music for the workouts and that always was the bummer
