    I used to walk, using her cassette tape....it was very helpful and encouraging.....trying to get back in shape and I found this and Jane Fonda's work out...thanks for uploading and sharing....you've help a 73 yr old get back on her feet....thanks a lot....♥️♥️♥️👍

    When I played the first minute of this video to see if it was something I could do, I thought her voice and smile would be irritating and patronising. But when I was actually doing the workout, hearing her tell me I could do it and that she was proud I was still doing it was a life-saver and kept me going until the end! Her enthusiasm makes the workout possible for someone of my size. Thank you, I can see this becoming a regular workout for me!

    I finally remembered that sitting and moping around about the fact that I'm fat won't do me anything good and as I'm not getting a lipo ever I set my homepage to this and won't let myself open any other tab before I'm done with it. it's crazy how much sweat such a low impact workout can generate.
    I'm 104kg after having my 3rd kid and looking forward to 80-75kg

    It's difficult finding workouts that us obese people can do without feeling like every joint and muscle is being destroyed. I'm SO happy I found this. It's super low impact and easy but really gets your heart going. Thank you!

      sts61 I prefer Leslie's workouts too. She eases gradually into a fast movement...not just jump right into it. You have to let your joints get used to that movement first and build up your heartrate.

    I love Denise, she's so bubbly. Her Boot Camp workout (along with walking 3 miles a day) has helped me lose 45 lbs in the past 5 months. I've been following her fitness programs for the past 10 years, she's so motivating and encourages you to stick with it, which we all need sometimes, no matter your fitness level. :)

    I used her back in the early 90's to work out to lose my "Freshman 15". I forgot how much I loved her! She is awesome! Using her videos again to help me lose weight!

    I have the feeling I've done this workout forever ago. Some may say Denise's energy and smiling attitude are cloying, but it is amazing how much it helps to hear her encouraging me. Also, the nice thing about doing this from a video is that no one sees how uncoordinated I am. ;9

    I love Denise Austin and I have been doing her kickboxing workouts for years, and her prenatal workouts kept me in shape during two pregnancies. This workout has been amazing while I’ve been recovering from a health situation and needed to lower the intensity. I think this is an amazing option for people in my situation or to anyone taking the first plunge into exercise. Stick with it and you will feel so much better, take it from someone who has always exercised and feels the difference if I ever have to take a break from it.

    I just want to say thank you for posting this video. I used to be in really great shape but gained 150lbs over 10 years from going back to inactivity and processed junk foods. I used to work out to Denise years ago & had great success with cardio and weights. Now I could barely keep pace with this beginners routine and I broke down crying after I completed it. The journey is long but it began today. Thanks Denise & poster. There are fat folks out there who really needed this today.

    Your video is great! After having my daughter I gained a lot of weight. I was always heavy most of my life, but my weight finally got to the point it was out of control. Currently I've lost 11 pounds. But I'm still 313 pounds. It's difficult to do a lot of workouts because my knees and back start to hurt so bad. I found your video hoping to find something that was great cardio but low impact. Thank you for sharing this video. I was able to complete the entire video without stopping which is a huge accomplishment for me as I try to get healthy.

    I've been busy with school, so I "haven't had time to exercise" (nonsense, I know). I decided that for finals week I'm going to try to exercise in the mornings to get blood flowing and to feel better (school/life is stressful) (also Christmas is coming up... I want to look good for pics and be able to eat). I wanted something easy so I could feel like I still accomplished some decent exercise, without giving up mid-video. This video was just what I needed. I haven't done many exercise videos, but I think Denise was perfect with her enthusiasm. I'd rather have someone praise me for starting to work out than have some drill sergeant.

    I was used to working out daily in the military then after I had my daughter and had severe back pain it was hard for me to even walk/stand. Now that I'm on meds I'm trying to burn off this 100lbs but I needed something low impact to get started until I am used to working out like I used to. This video was great!

    I was over 230 pounds I have been working out to all Denise Austin work out tapes, I am now down to 186 , I did this all in 3 moth I look fit now and fell like im in my 30, all work out are fun it never to late to start love Denise

    I have been eating better and exercising (push ups, sit ups, and walks) every day for 3 months now. Though I have lost some weight, having an underactive thyroid means I have to step up my game to lose the weight I want. I am a chunky gal, but I was easily able to do this, and surprised how good I felt afterwards. Thank you for this. :)

    I'm 61, overweight. I've started again walking and biking after yet another illness that makes my body lose is muscle mighty fast. I really enjoyed the workout. I don't know I could lose all that much weight, but my goal is to be able to move normally, no old lady like ;) (shame on those who use this sight to advertise their stuff btw)
    Thanks so much for a workout I can do to strengthen other muscles in my legs than just forward walking :) I can feel it already!

    Have a feeling I'll be sticking to this one until I feel ready for a more advanced workout. Just right, not too hard for beginners, not too long, but just enough to work out a small sweat and want to die just a tiny bit on the inside.

    i love this workout . i started it after going through cancer and chemo, and i also have lupus so its very hard to exercise so i really have to push myself to do this. Denise makes you feel so good feels like she is right there in your house. i used to have it on dvd but i used it so much it don't work anymore. then rented it from library but now how exciting its on youtube.

    This has worked well for me. I used it to ease myself into working out after not being in a gym for years, and now I use it as my fallback workout on days when I'm crunched for time and can't fit a full 45 minute workout in - and it makes you feel like you still accomplished something that's good for the body. It's also very kind to my knees and joints from classical dance injuries over 20 years ago that never quite healed right and give me a lot of trouble when my feet come into hard contact with the floor.

    I have been doing for three weeks and lost 5lb, so not bad at all. I have back injury but it has held up really well. I don't mind her enthusiasm to be honest, makes a change from the misery we see around us on the news and streets every day, lol. Now looking for 2 mile walk :)

    I normally do a different popular walking DVD but thought I would give this one a try. At first I wasn't too sure about it but then I started to like it because of the diversity of the moves which is nice when you can get a walk in that fast and exercise different parts of the body.

    I just did this workout today and absolutely love it! At 35 i lost a ton of weight with her videos. VHS! Now at 52 i just discovered her walking videos. I usually do Leslie Sansone but just wanted something different. Now i can mix and match. 😃❤👍

      Stone is a measurement for weight in the UK 1 stone = 14lbs. Before starting this video I was 203lbs.. After about 6 months I slimmed down to 147lbs! This was 6 years ago and I'm still around 145lbs now.. but this is where it all started for me 😁

    my goal is 70 pounds. I've been eating well and for exercise i do different activities. Im recovering from surgery and cant do vigorous exercise so I'm doing the walking exercises. your videos are very fun and exciting.

    I just luv this video/though have been working out since teenage but even after 3 childbirths I had gained weight and had not stamina or strength to do any fast workout or difficult yoga steps but this aerobic cardio made me sweat and i got to do all the steps without any difficulty.
