Activate your core and fight through the burn as you incinerate calories and tone the arms, abs, chest, shoulders, legs, buns, back and obliques with a true legend and one of the most recognizable names in fitness, right from your own home.     Old school form of exercises is still the safest n healthiest workout for all ages! Prevent injuries n as well as effective as compared to the so many new trends of dangerous high intensity exercises!

    Nice workout. I wish the music in the second part hadn't gotten so loud as to drown out her voice. It made it difficult to under her.
