🦷QUESTION OF THE DAY: Have you used a disclosing tablet before? Was it helpful to see where to brush?
Those seem useful and i might get some bc i have braces and that makes it hard to tell if my teeth are clean enough, but i have a question, do these stain your teeth?
Hey Ruby, great question! They do not stain your teeth - you can rinse with water after chewing them and then they will stain just the plaque and calculus you have on your teeth! Making them a great resource to check your brushing and flossing habits! Keeping your teeth clean with braces can definitely be tricky! Do you use any other devices to help you?

@@DentistJess thank you! Besides floss, toothbrushes and toothpaste i use waterpicks and i don't know what they are called but they are little bottlebrush tooth cleaning things i use to get in between the braces wire and the tooth to clean that area. Thanks again for the answer!
That’s great! Proxy brushes (the ones that look like little Christmas trees) are great for cleaning around the brackets!

I wouldn't not eat candy no more I just brush my teeth often
Everything in moderation :) Even I enjoy candy every now and then- but its important to know to drink lots of water to rinse that sugar off. And to make sure you're brushing, flossing and visiting your dentist regularly!

How to get rid of the stains on your tongue? 😛
How many do you use at a time? Some people use 2 and some 1 so im kinda confused
I use one typically and just swish it around really good. You can use two, but then you will have to buy more twice as often ;)

Hi 🖐 do you use disclosing tablets before or after brushing your teeth?
Thanks for watching! Great question!! You could technically do either. The disclosing tablet stains plaque that’s on the teeth. So if you disclose first- you can see all the spots you need to hit. If you disclose after you can see any of the places you missed, and may need to improve brushing and flossing in those areas 😉
